Quit trying to sell this drink people. Its good but it's not worth the money. All you need is a healthy diet. Your better off using the money buying extra fruits and vegetables. Lets not forget that our bodies can only absorb X amount of nutrients per a meal. So when you see a list full of vitamins on a product that doesn't mean everything is being absorb. Use the money on extra fruits n veggies and have a serving during each meal. Nothing beats raw foods!

@vsy8 I would have to agree with you. Raw and natural found would be the BEST way to go. However, some people don't have the time or don't want to make the time to peel and/or prepare foods. Some people don't like the taste of many healthy foods that are found in Shakeology.

I'm not trying to sell the drink, i'm just informing.

I support Beachbody 100% as I have been doing P90X for nearly 2 years now. I will honestly tell you that Shakeology does NOT taste good at all, that's why there are nearly a hundred different recipes out there for it to mask the bitter taste.

Not hating at all...but the only people I see endorse Shakeology are those who stand to make a profit off of it, ie coaches. If I was a coach, I would probably push it too, just part of the game.

@djkronyx Well taste is also 100% opinion. If your trying to say that I made this review and lied just to try to make money from it, you are completely wrong. I actually created this video before I was a Beach Body Coach. I personally think Shakeology tastes good. I have had other protein health drinks and Shakeology would be #2 on my list of best tasting commercial health drinks.

Shakeology is a full meal replacement vitamin packet drink helps your body gently eliminate toxins more efficiently while allowing for better absorption of the essential nutrients you need. Whey protein drinks are muscle building drinks. Maybe you should check out our N Large 2 video for the protein drinks

@mywantstv what you dont understand is that its 120 dollers and your saying to take it every other day maybe just half a serving because of the price when bsn syntha6 5 pound tub is only 40 dollers with 22 grams of protein 5 grams of fiber 6 grams of fat with vitamins as well. @mywantstv its not a very large meal then, most people don't eat just 140 calories at a time, let alone drink it, which doesnt satisfy the apetite at all. It's ingredients consist of whey protein, and small amounts of various fruits and veggies, plus flavor powders, fructos, guar and xantham gum, celluose. So intsead, for a fraction of the price, take whey protein, water, a bunch of fruits and veggies and blend it up. shakeology doesnt seems like such a big deal now does it?

Shakeology is a meal replacement drink. Comes in a bag with 30 servings. $120/30 is $4 per meal. So, for a meal... $4 doesn't look so bad
