Prophet Muhammed did not marry at Aysha's age 6. The hadith is fabrication. The Quran in verse 4:5-6 demands meticulous proof of intellectual and physical maturity by objective test results for any one to get married. The verse states: “..... clothe them and give them good education. And test them until they reach the age of marriage..” (Quran, 4:5-6). The Quran did not put a age limit for marriage because it varies from country to county and culture to cultures.
