And the whole reason Bolt is so much better than everyone else is that he can move his legs as fast as the shorter guys, but has a longer stride length (due to his height). If you want an example of him not giving 100% throughout just look at the Beijing olympic 100m final. He clearly slows down a long way from the finish

yh il give u a tip , wen u start of running instead of running with ur head up , keep ur head up for the first half of the race,(accelerate out of the blocks) and then let ur head rise up and accelerate even faster and try do as well as u can, thats how i do it and im 14 and i get sub 12s
