you don't own hinduism because you're genetically indian, nor do indians automatically know more about finding god through hindu concepts and practices than non-indians.
there are many christians who've dedicated their lives to churches, and preached the bible all their lives, yet still think of god as a white dude sitting on a cloud with angels up in the sky. anyone with a small amount of spiritual depth can be more christlike, and tell these christians how to be better christians.
Ragman , dancing and singing , is an expression of total ecstasy in the spiritual path . Has there not been Raasleelas, has not Meera danced in ecstasy, to mention a few. Your reference to TAPAS(by the Rishis) is also a path, AND there r several paths to god from the simplest to the most disciplined (as u have stated).
I am assuming that they are living in GOD (Krisna, Jesus) conscisousness, where you dedicate all your actions to God. It is called Yagna Spirit. Hari Om.
First of all obviously these people are not traditional hindus who sit in front of fire or idols and chant. They have adopted a new way of singing and dancing and praying for world peace. It is somewhat same concept as ISKON now hinduism doesnt dictate that someone has to follow rituals to lead the god. That is why from a sadhu to yogi from normal sadhak everyone follows their own way to pray. So if they choose to pray like this why are you questioning them ?
Thank you for sharing. Yes, at first when I saw it, I thought it was strange, but they are saying Victory and glory to Sri Hanumanji and Jai to Sita Ram! I think it's cute! Very peaceful and gentle and glorifying the lord. There are only a handful of nice videos on youtube and this seems sweet to me!
Please learn who Hanuman is? Then think about what and how you are singing!!! Its a disrespect!!! Hanuman is a deity, you must learn and respect it!! Then, of course you may enjoy it and sing it!! But learn first plz!
Though I understand what you are saying, the respect is not needed in the fashion that is traditional. Any form of love, even a mere thought, is considered extremely valuable to the Lord. Just giving you a different perspective, that's all....
This reflects a true affection for the supreme god.God save all of them and make them happy. Thanks

This is wonderful it is about God!! Never say anything bad about people who try to do good things. It is a sin to critise any one.

This is not our religion
If these would have yielded resulots, then the ideas of Rishis and penance would all be ridiculous isn't it
Anyway, their efforts will be appreciated
I want to know who the fuck started all these.......
It was never there before at all

No offense , but I just want to convey my point here

This I feel is all a new concept
This is not there
It is neo-Hinduism mainly due the influence of western ideas
Rishis did penance, yoga and hatha yoga and all other strict measures to seek god
I feel this is very very dilute and can not yield results
It is upto us to follow the actual rituals
Well, I will try ton do my best
And not these stuff....
What a joke???????????????
No wonder Kali yuga is there to corrutp all the good and the absolute stuff

Who has choreograph this dance it is beautiful.

I don't consider all these as a part of our rituals
This is not the actual stuff that needs to be followed
Things get corrupt through the passage of time...don't they?
