  • Doesnt caffeine take out the effect of creatine?

  • Where can I buy that shirt you're wearing? What are these shirts called?

  • @BFG8000 Under armor

  • what do you think about bsn no xplode 2.0 ?

  • Guys watch scooby1961 instead of this clown, supplements are alright but the way he promotes this shit is not. Too many supplements are unhealthy and your body will greatly depend on them in the long run to stay in shape. Keep it as natural as possible; protein shakes are ok, a little bit of pre-workout boosts are ok too. But only for a while. "Phases" is the key word. You should rather maximise what you get out of your diet, it's so easy to make healthy workout meals which help your work out.

  • I've noticed your combo did not include any arginine or any other nitric oxide boosting agent, unless it was in the small container with the caffiene. I personally feel only 100mgs of caffiene is sufficient since the higher levels tend to work against the other supplements by encouraging dehydration.

  • yeah SUPPLEMENT's be the builded without this shit than ur the man.. go focukyour lame lousy muscles ur all fake.. - -

  • Does it have F.C.U.K beside A.A.K.J???

  • this video looks like ur being sponsored by Under Armour =)

  • Opinion on White Flood Pre sup?

  • too much taxing the liver and kidney..just use jack3D pre-workout! reviews are plenty on youtube...!

    Cheers everyone:)

  • I was just about to order Jack3d for my prework but but now I realize it has both caffeine and creatine which I realize works against one another for the hydration process. I tried N.O. xplod a while ago and was unhappy with it as well. Can you recommend a more preferred pre workout sup?

  • Can't mix Creatine and coffeine. The creatine will just run through your body and have no effect. (That's why you can't mix creatine with coffee and rather use tea.) As you've been working out for decades I'm kind of dissapointed as I've been following your videos and body transformation. You just proved that you certainly don't need the extra energy from creatine for loosing weight though. I only recommend using creatine for when bulking up and then 10g daily for 8 weeks. morning and pre Wout.

  • I think the caffeine and creatine monohydrate is the bad combo... Am I right?

  • @steroidsr4losersucks I can answer to that. You are right sir, caffeine and creatine don`t go along for the reason caffeine slows and decreases the absorption of creatine (:

  • @eduardoq011 Thanks :D

  • so then whats the correct mix?

  • The best "suplement" is the food, and thats all.

  • What would you say one of the best are???

  • Hello. I just bought BSN N.O.-EXPLODE. Just wanted your opinion on it. Is it a good supplement?? I am currently take Cytosport Muscle Milk first thing in the morning, and also after my workouts. Just wondering if the BSN N.O.-EXPLODE was a good choice for a pre-workout supplement??

  • @SunnyAZ92 it is the Most Known Pre workout but fat from being the Best in my opinion.

  • I am 21 years old, and I am looking for the best natural healthy way to gain muscle other than protein from food (meaning supplements). I have been researching HGH or Human Growth Hormone for a few weeks. So far a have found that it is sell in pharmacies without prescription, is approved for FDA and it not only help you to gain muscle but also it seems to help has an antioxidant. Ok, now the question, in your personal knowledge, will you use HGH as a supplement?

  • @knowledgecollection hgh is anabolic dude... a steroid, you cant find it over counter

  • Hello. I just bought BSN N.O.-EXPLODE. Just wanted your opinion on it. Is it a good supplement. I am currently take Cytosport Muscle Milk first thing in the morning, and also after my workout. Just wondering if the BSN N.O.-EXPLODE was a good choice??

  • Creatine before or after workout and why??

  • @ryumariscal Creatine First thing in the morning with Juice to Maximize the intake on an empty stomach ( Juice carbs and insuline Spike promote creatine Absorption) i Also take it in the post workout Shake for the Same reason ( carb source is the Dextrose here)

  • @ryumariscal very interesting!Do you have anytips on competiton ? Ima be in my first natural bodybulder competition.

  • How come ur pre work out supplements are not in ur killer body plan?

  • @john1136 cause its not a meal and its not mandatory

  • hey man im stll comfused on the pre workout meal ! what kind of carbs should i get ?

  • @electrovampir0 hello the pre workout is not a meal, it is a supplement that you should purchase. it is up to you to choose which one suits you better.

    cheers!

  • @luimarco thanks bro

  • Looks like you may need a bigger shirt ;D

  • @chrisbear08 agreed ;)

  • Creatine monohydrate causes water retention whereas caffeine causes you to excrete more water, so not a good mix. As well as this caffeine will release catabolic hormones throughout your body and should not be used. Also in order for 10 grams of creatine to be completely absorbed you will need a decent amount of carbs, So it's my opinion that this is NOT a good pre-workout mix

  • @DBiUpload right on brother you got it. and indeed creatine is more absorbed while combined with simplecarbs

  • @luimarco in my opinion is not the best way to use this supplements, maybe there are good maybe there are accelerating the gaining muscles process, but is not the most natural, the best supplements are the supplements from food, vegetables, the flax are very good, the musli, the cereals, the isolated whey, the fruits, the fish, all vegetables, and a bit of meat, very low meat, and the sex is a great supplement because is reducing the estrogen and increasing the testosterone, these are the not complicated ways

  • @DDFDriver wait i thought having sex would reduce testosterone levels??

  • @ryumariscal sex increase the testosterone level for men,the testosterone is the sexual masculine hormone which gives you muscle, sexual pleasure, etc. and women also have testosterone, and men also have estrogen the sexual feminine hormone, estrogen promotes fat that's why after calving many women became more fat,but a lot of women who make protected sex are in good shape, sex can reduce testosterone for few men (who maybe have hormonal problems) and for many women, but in majority cases sex is good

  • @DDFDriver Well masturbating reduce testosterone levels for men? I heard there is a difference in testosterone levels for having sex with a women or just self masturbation. Please respond I appreciate it.. =)

  • @RussX5Z well masturbating don't reduce testosterone level for men,the masturbating keeps you in shape ;) but it doesn't make men to get rid of fat and weight,so masturbating is just keep men in shape :)) it is not a dirty or immoral to masturbate, but I like to make jokes about masturbation with my friends :D,I read that masturbation is good to be practiced anytime even if you started to make sex because every men can become impotent if they don't masturbate anytime, this is serious

  • I have a strong feeling that the creatine and the caffeine will not mix well. Creatine draws water into the muscle fibers while caffeine draws water out of your body and can dehydrate you. Just my guess, hope i'm right.

  • @GreenPhazon you nailed it bro, you are right ;)

  • your biceps are bulging

  • @galacticmode They were Actually Cold and not Warmed up,but indeed they were Always my strongest Muscles with the Legs ;)

  • good biceps is very very monster. yeah good job guy.

  • @elkaos140 thanks friend!

  • @luimarco Good biceps is very very enormous. Yeah good work boy. Sorry My English, I´m spanish.

    Thanks lumarco! ; )

  • haha wow man you look huge in that rashie.

  • @jadsuckme thanks bro ;)

  • i have been usin pre workout supplement with 5g creatine then adding 5g to my post workout. is this ok?

  • @flukebullet1987 Yes as long as your pre workout is not loaded with caffeine , if it is loaded it will cancel the Creatine effect

  • @flukebullet1987 i my self take creatine very early i the morning with Juice to make sure it get absorbed with no interference

  • i prefer eating healthy natural food without This stuff

  • I found the answer:

the caffeine from the main pre workout supplement will not work well with the creatine. Creatine works to nourish muscles with hydration (hence mono hydrate). But the first supplement will dehydrate the body because of all the caffeine. So though it's not going to kill you, it just won't be beneficial. Also, caffine reduces carbohydrate uptake by 25%, which will limit how full your muscles can get from creatine.

    Right?

  • @TheUncutAngel Correct bro ;)

  • damn you look fucken beefy

  • @s0ldier898 yep we re still in a mass gaining spree! we'll till where this is going, so far so good, exceeded the expectations. we ll be tapering tribulus in a week and maybe hmb to experiment and also overdosing the leucine ;)

  • @luimarco hmb?

  • @s0ldier898 yes, i sent you the info

  • Bummer! My favorite pre workout, Jack3d, has caffiene and creatine together.

  • @tabre thats why i don t take that supplement ;)

  • creatine serving after loding fase, sould be about 5grams.

what is best to drink while training for maximum effect.

  • @SimpleFire100 personally i still take 10 grams considering that the body can never absorb it 100% and i mix it with juice, at 5 grams results are way milder in my case

  • Hey bro have you ever considered MMA training? You look like you have what it takes to be great at it!

  • @badsssssss at 35 it would be Hard to Absorbe juijetsu Wrestling boxing and so on my friend! ;) am too old

  • Wow... I learn something new every time I come to one of your videos.

  • Holy Shocking Biceps! Thanks for the info, Luimarco.

  • @pumpnonfiction my pleasure pal

  • i think the problem is that caffeine has a diuretic affect whilst creatine draws water into the muscles, the caffeine cancels this affect out, i also think there is no sugars present to help take in the creatine and 10g is too much for one serving. I also think it would be better to take BCAA DURING workout =), was i close? :DD

  • @genericteen yes, All your points are relevant, you went above and Beyond ;)

  • I think the problem with the combination is that BCAA's should be taken after the workout because amino acids build proteins for muscle recovery

  • @Willy3794 actually bcaa help a great deal during the workout as well , they prevent breakdown and you'll hit the iron while being in an anabolic state ;)

  • Is it good to take your creatine 30 mins before a work with a 8oz of water with plain sugar..? Cuz i heard if you don't mix it with sugar your just gonna piss it out.

  • @Teddymonster11 30 min is too Close!, my best results come from taking it First thing in the morning with juice ( sugar) and then wait at least 20 min before proceeding to eat the main meal.

  • Hi luimacro i've been researching it for half hour now and i can't find the answer but i think its something to do with the caffeine and the creatine but im not sure what it is

  • looking good man... keep it on

  • @badPop3y3 thanks pal!

  • I personally take my creatine after my workouts with a sugary drink. Gatorade and a banana with some whey protein. Also I got that thing you recommended for me in the mail today. I am staring at it right now and can't wait to hit the weights today with it. I let you know what I think

  • @HomeGymFitness That thing is the Bomb, i'll be waiting for your input about it, Have a good workout Bro!

  • HOLA AMIGO, SALUDOS LINDOS VIDEOS.

  • well

    1. caffeine is a diuretic which has the opposite effect of Creatine... thats one combo.

    2. AAKG is has a volumizer effect which also is the reverse of Caffeine

    3. Grape seed may cause excessive bleeding if taken with a blood thinner... (aakg)

  • @abercromboict Right on Pal, You Nailed it!, Caffeine Cancels the Creatine Effect! ;)

  • @luimarco thanks buddy Nice video keep up the great work!!

  • @abercromboict my pleasure!

  • @luimarco My question is..... If creatine coffee cancels out creatine, then when do you take it? After your workout? And do you really take 10 grams?

  • @HomeGymFitness My creatine intake is early in the Morning in My first juice! and i don't eat untill i wait about 20 min afterwards to give it the time to get absorbed properly

  • @abercromboict I was thinking that caffeine would affect the impact of creatine but doesn't entirely neutralize it.

  • @BestVideoResponse what you really want is a nutrient like creatine to shuttle water and nutrients like BCAA into your cells... when you need it most... the caffeine takes water away and into your bladder... you end up drinking more water combating the effect of the caffeine

  • @abercromboict right on pal ;) you got it!

  • does 4-5 split build muscle faster than doing 2 split two times a week?

  • Is it something about using BCAA's or Glutamine mixed with a pre workout nitrogen supplement ? About not so effective pumps when combined ... something like that.

  • @FightDiary no sir! but indeed it has to do with 2 other components that cancel each other's effect!

  • coach i haven't read the plan u sent me yet but i've got an off-topic question, for me supplements and whey protein r not an option due to causes i can't control,so what's the replacement solution?

  • @mankindkn Regular Protein Sources : meat, White chicken, White Fish, Eggs, tuna etc,,,,

  • @mankindkn Diet is probably more important than supplements. Still, pound for pound, whey is probably you're best and cheapest source of protein. Other good sources of protein are egg whites (too much fat in the yolks), quinoa (pronounce keen-wah), green peas and lean meats. If you're young, you can probably consume a fair amount of peanut butter (natural only) but once you're older should limit the amount because of the fat content.

  • I think beta-alanin and aakg with creatin would be enough or just creatin with one of them :-)

hard working and dedication is the key !

    keep it up :D

  • @LTivination yep, there is 2 incompatible components here ;)

  • f***... those biceps are AWESOME !!

  • @nillchen One thing I noticed is the triceps. They should be about three times the size of the biceps. You're triceps are really easy to develop relative to the biceps if you do a lot of dips. If you focused on that, you're arms would be huge.

  • @nillchen thanks pal!

  • Just make my own mix: whey protein, creatine, caffeine.

I've had apprehensions about Jack3d and other mixes. I might get a better workout but I don't know enough to feel comfortable with them.

  • @BestVideoResponse Yes there is something incompatible right There indeed, i'll tell you about later on ;)

  • u look great btw :)

  • @k4m4r Thanks pal!
