(at least Nasville and the Metro area never is).... and the people here will not slow down for anything! 1. The road is going down hill

2. The road is covered with ice

3. Some drivers, for whatever reason, refused to slow down due to conditions

4. TDOT obviously NOT maintained the roadway PROPERLY if AT ALL

5. TDOT sent a COMPLETE IDIOT with no sense of direction to divert traffic

That being said can the county, city, state or TDOT be held responsible for this accident in a court of law and be forced to pay for repairs to the vehicles involved?

I used to live right up the street from the site of this video- this is Harding road in Nashville. This is pretty typical of the mediocre winter driving skills and highway accident etiquette in Nashville. Nice place to live, crappy place to drive in ANY kind of foul weather.
