So this is our Juniors, Hmmm... I've seen better during the older times. You boys gotta pick up and not lost to your Seniors lor~

As for the camera man, try using a tripod instead or place your arms at your knee when you turn your camera. Sit further away so you can capture a larger crowd so you don't need to move the camera too frequently.
