  • Half reps and suicidal grip . "Bad Form"

  • @laviebanale

Those are much more than half reps he touches his chest and goes up almost to lockout. But he should take your advice and do full reps judging by his physique and strength level he probably has no idea what he is doing. That's whats so great about youtube there are so many experts on strength training with great free advice.

  • How much does he weigh? 250? What's his max? He should full reps instead of half ones.

  • @nickgt111 There is more than 405 on there! more like 495...

  • @29Kolsen

It's 405. The first two plates are bigger than the last two.

  • Fuckin bitches hating hard. Great lift bro. You bench for reps, what most cannot bench in their own dreams. Good form, good lift. Props.

  • @moebiggz I agree. I'v seen many big guys repping 315 but none of them can move 405. I guess it's a lot different animal.

  • Good form! And for everyone complaining about not locking out... locking out 135 lbs may be ok, but locking 405 lbs WILL fuck up your joints

  • @hecklerhouse eh not really. joints are designed to handle extreme loads

  • hey im new to weight traing i bought a 100 pound set and i can lift it 3 times so dose that mean i can bench 300?

  • @GmanDntHurtem Haha thats what most 15 year olds think at my school

  • @GmanDntHurtem no, in fact you probably could only do 140ish TOPS. sorry bro

  • @GmanDntHurtem Fuck no you can probably hit 120.

  • @GmanDntHurtem lift it and you'll find out

  • Good lift, ultra annoying spotter

  • This guy's lost a lot of weight since his role in The Replacements.

  • oh wow i didn't even realize he was doing the suicide grip until i watched it the second time...i was too amazed at all the plates. good shit my man.

  • please no more suicide grip.....

  • If an asian takes steroids, how does his junk shrink? It's already small.

  • partial reps

  • hes getting ready do box GODZILA

  • lol... asian+roidz= big asian otherwise asians are all small :P

  • Least motivational spotter ever...

  • yeah guys, if you lock out. you put all the weight on your bones...

  • nicee!!

  • @101johngalt I know the feeling I wanna say every guy that is bigger then me juices... its an easy cop out . I bet people who juice even say " he has been using steriods longer then me "

  • @101johngalt you lost me

  • @101johngalt hey I know a shit ton about body building and steriods... do u see my profile picture ? I am 230 NATURAL for now. I have never done a prohormone or steriod cycle yet in my life. People say I juice all the time. however I will be starting my first testosterone enathate cycle in few weeks.... The point is There is no way you can tell if someone juice... Im 230 natural I bench more then all these guys

  • @crookcountyIll There's always ways to tell if someone juices or not, bitch tits, bloated stomachs, skin turns red when their workin out, lots of more ways to tell then u would think...

  • @Alonzo1151 hahahah so funny there is no way u can tell .. I bet you are a lil guy

  • @crookcountyIll Actually yes there are many ways to tell when someone is on steroids. Just ask Lui Marco and other natural bodybuilders, and actually no I am not a little guy, so before you go around trying to dis natural bodybuilders like myself, get your facts straight and don't comment.

  • @Alonzo1151 as of today I am a natural. I hang around unnatural guys. THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN TELL.

everyone reacts different to steriods.. Btw whats up with all this natural stuff ? WHAT IS NATURAL in your eyes? some people say taking supplements is not natural (creatine, protien powder, etc) Bottomline itall comes down to genetics

  • @crookcountyIll Idk why you are defending roid users like the way you are. I have absolutely no respect for roid users, because in my eyes, they are disguisting. Some of them are indeed hard to spot out, but some are pretty easy to though. And the only form of unnatural bodybuilding I view, are steroid users. I do not agree with people saying that taking powders or creatine is unnatural. Hell protein powders are made from the proteins in our foods.

  • @SIOYGYGYG I understand where you're coming from. I was the same way at first, until I found out I was the only natural person at my gym. It broke my heart, when I found out that all my favorite body builders use steriods...... After doing tons and tons of research. I have nooooooo problems with steriods now NONE

  • @crookcountyIll Being the only natural person at your gym must really blow hard, with that in mind at least you put in the hard work and dedication to getting where you are now, not like roid users to work hard, just not as hard. And I think almost every professional IBF Bodybuilders use steroids. But hell Arnold used steroids and he symmetry was incredible. Proportions were great and his chest, I believe, was the best, and still the best in history.

  • @SIOYGYGYG cut out the word "almost" and replace the word "bodybuilders" with "sportsmen". You ll ge the truth. All pro sportsmen juice. Maybe one in a 1000 doesn't. But he never stepped foot on the 1st place podium. I got nothing against roids, but thats just the truth. Big money in sports nowadays. And when theres big money - there is always "cheating". But when everyone's cheating... hey - its not cheating anymore, its playing by the rules.

  • @Alonzo1151 btw bitch tits? why dont you look up what causes gynecomastia. Some people can be born with this condition . Red skin? Im black my skin never turns red ... Bloated stomachs? Creatine does that right. unless you piss test a guy you can not tell EVER

  • @crookcountyIll Well I'm not going to go into a heated conversation with on this subject. You believe what you want to believe.

  • @101johngalt dude everyone that's big does not take steriods

  • lmfao theres a guy at 00:18 - 00:21 across from the guy in the vid that only has like 135 on lol and hes looking at this guy like holyshit dude

  • Love the motivational gym music in the background.

  • thats one scary ass grip. strong mother fucker tho goddamn

  • Good job dude I just got 405 and competition and I hoping to due some reps with within this year.

  • Not only is this guy benching 405, he's doing it completely RAW. No bench shirt, elbow sleeves, wrist straps, chalk, and no back arch. Amazing! He's modest, too, just giving a simple "hey." This is a guy to admire.

  • strong..keep at it

  • o shit, i just realized hes using suicide grip lol and i've watched this video several times

  • lol i like all comments here. do you have more videos about this Asian beast?/

  • the guy spotting him is a beefy nerdboy.

  • at this moment i am proud to be azn thank you

  • @TeenyTiny945 i hear you but the squat involves a lot of balance and technique. overall it represents a balanced strength especially when combined with other lifts. its not about lifting something on your back. and these comps are for weightlifters - not landscapers or whatever.

  • @TeenyTiny945 there is a reason the 3 competitive lifts are bench, SQUAT and deadlift. bc they are the core foundation...rows? really? if there was to be a 4th movement it would have to be pull-ups. nobody who knows anything can argue this post lol

  • he really focused the chest, nice..

  • @TeenyTiny945 agreed. squas are not the kind of all excerscises ...deads are.

  • that hottie stretching her legs seemed quite impressed or intrgued how much this guy was benching

  • dood is strong, don't see that many Asians that are that strong

  • That is very good power. Keep it up pimp!

  • i lost the count when two hotties walkedin the back

  • @sy911019 same lols

  • beautiful

  • why is it that people think, when someone bench presses 400 lbs, they are strong....now if u do the math right, this person should use 100 arm curls to do his bicep, and i bet my who monthly income....he is not strong enough to lift 70lbs 10 times do work out his arms....

folks need to understand, this is guy is super strong doing bench presses...does that mean he is super strong in every workout, arms, back legs etc? i dont think so...been there done that

  • @muratshawn You're fuckin' dumb. That is all.

  • @muratshawn I mean, I guess that's not a wide ass back/strong ass arms I see on the dude. Can't see his legs, but I imagine the guy is dedicated to a good lower body program as well. Get real, man. Stop hating and put in the work.

  • @muratshawn please please please please, since you "been there done that" just show me a video of you unracking 405 by yourself

  • @h3o

have u ever noticed, people associate someone as strong or strongest based on bench press, but nothing else? i wanna see arm curls, squads....then ur talking. I never said I can lift that much, because I can not, i respect the bench press he does...all i am saying is, u should never based someone as strong or strongest, based on one body part workout such as chest.....

i accept " super strong guy with bench press only'

  • What legit form, for 4 plates on each side! And the reps were awesome

  • The facts: these are full reps, that's a ton of weight, that's great form and he is in great shape, end of story.

  • This guy is legit... Its the first half that's hard not the lock out... People who give him grief for that probably never did two plates in my life. It takes everything I have to do 2x405, and this guy puts it up like nothing...

  • Tch...I can do the same and I'm 13, all-natural, no need for steroids.... XD

  • I will be like this guy one day, currently benching 245 :)

  • Even if they WERE half reps or some other shit, it's obviously working for him so back the fuck off guys.

  • that is the biggest asian dude i have ever seen. he must have eaten a couple of others.

  • @SVX24 Dogs are very high in protein.

  • @zerk54 Haha yeah that makes sense.

  • @zerk54 hahahah funniest comment i have seen in a long time! you get thumbs up my friend!

  • @zerk54 This is what I tell myself everytime I go to a chinese restaurant. I don't care what animal the meat comes from, as long as it tastes good and it doesn't make me sick lol

  • @zerk54 LMAO

  • @zerk54 you jealous stick boy? LOL

  • @zerk54 Then those big white & black dudes must have eaten tons of them. We knew it all along.

  • @zerk54 racist fuks

  • @masterki1111 It's not racism to make a statement about something that a particular nation or group of people are known to do. I could have said, "Chickens are very high in protein." Would that have been racist? Would it have been racist for me to make fun of a midwestern white guy for putting a small block chevy engine on a riding lawn mower?

Of course not. Political correctness is a cancer. It forbids us from speaking truth. Go be a bitch some where else.

  • @SVX24 dud that shit is funny man i think this mother fucke taking some power pills man and he is not using his chest all he is doing arm work out hahahaha

  • @SVX24 better lifting through chemistry

  • Fuck man NICE!

  • AWESOME lift

  • ooooh the thumbless grip not safe thats why they call it the suicide grip check it out

  • those were great reps the guy is a beast nice work big guy

  • @srx700max reps were great. solid 3/4 and people bitching. theres mofos on here doing 1/2 reps and worse.

  • Those were good reps, i love how people hate when they have never lifted this much weight.

  • why are asian people good and just about everything LOL...this guy is freakin big

  • just the thought of benching 405 kills me.. here is my latest max as of yesterday, any tips to bench more would be greatly appreciated.. just type max 2/8/11 in search bar

  • get it get it get it get it get it get iiiiittttt

  • sie yaram ole gogus mu basılır amcık

  • Lock out is BAAADDD for the joints... more concerning to me was the thumbs outside the bar rather than wrapped around... he would actually be stronger with thumbs wrapped because then he would engage the triceps and stabilizers more fully...this is a big strong guy!!! Good Job!!!

  • @7pastorb locking out isn't bad, it's when people pause there and hold the weight between reps that really is damaging. getting a good full range of motion is very beneficial

  • Good spotter he allowed you to feel the last rep...

  • Well seeing I dont do under 6 rep sets and recently nailed 330 X 6 (100% full-range, non-bounced, reps), I'm sure it'd be close, but is there a point in your request? Let me guess: I should have some dumdik stand there and tape me doing it an post it on youtube like a turd.

  • What you have here is a gym rat. No yelling, no tight t-shirt, no drama -- He just comes in and lifts like a beast!! Respect!!

  • big ass asian

  • another point of posting complete reps: if you're going to put it on the world wide web to electronically boast, why put 80% reps on when you know you're going to get called on it? And if people DON'T do this to boast, what IS the point? To prove a human can 80% bench 405 pounds 6 times, or to just "show a guy working out"? Bit daft isn't it?

  • @mastermaybe can you lift 405 lb.s for one rep even?

  • @mastermaybe Your right, so people can see it done. Plus, just by watchin this being achieved I actually get better at benching myself.

  • that is one big s.o.b.

  • hahaha nice legs u scrwany homo

  • Whats impressive- benching 405 for that many reps when 99% of these keyboard warriors couldn't bench the keyboard

Whats not impressive- not locking out.

  • That's pretty impressive! I can do 405 lbs. only once, but that's on a good day. haha... Is he natural, or does he cycle? Great form too.

  • wow people are seriously downing this guy because he doesnt "lockout" pfft obviously none of you string beans have ever lifted this much weight its not necessary to lockout and prob wouldnt be good for your joints anyways

  • Fucker !!!!!

  • he's not fat, it's water retention becaue of boldenone / testosterone.

  • Anyone who says this guy does 3/4 reps is a pencil necked geek who never trained heavy in their lives. There's no need to always lock out.

  • @benchaffleck Locking out is bad form anyway.

  • @benchaffleck Your username is the best I've seen so far.

  • @benchaffleck I disagree yes this guy is strong for even doing multiple half reps. But he is not doing a full range of motion. half reps are a legitimate training technique to get past sticking points and to target weaknesses in your training, but thats where it ends for me. A lot of people do half reps just so they can do more weight. If this guy only does half reps then I think he should go down in weight , because a rep means a full range of movement with a weighted object

  • very nice...strong bro :)

  • beast! if anything not locking out probably makes it harder as it keeps constant tension...so many YouTube douchebags.

  • doesn't need to lockout he's working his chest not his triceps and his form is excellent.

  • Most def a power lifter bench set up there.

    Props.

  • steroids for the win (and some shrimp fried 'wice' that is)

  • Truly inspiring! All the hates are just jealous! How many times do you see a guy benching this much weight! Props!

  • However, his grip is a bit off.... But w/e

  • I just love the ignorant comments here!! Sooooo Hilarious! LOL

  • Whether he takin supplements or not i still give him props. Many people take supplements and get no where.

  • hahahahaha an asian lifting weights! thats like seeing a black person in the employment line!

  • good form

  • wat race is he?

  • STERIODS FREAK

  • Strong triceps. Sweet reps. I love the shit talkers on these video comments. I have done 365 for one and 405 CRUSHED me LOL. Not many can do 315. Ever see when 315 goes on the bar. People start starring at you. Know why. because it's fuckin heavy. 405. Most people can't even roll it. Unreal with the BS in here.

  • @westy44cal I totally agree! When do you ever see someone bench more than 3 plates? Probably not these scrawny ass hole trolls on you tube!

  • @westy44cal i agree dude 100%

  • Comment removed

  • @westy44cal A-FUCKING-MEN BROTHER!!! LMFAO ON THE NERDS HERE. PENIS ENVY. i can only deadlift 315 for a single, lol and thats deadlift! cant imagine benching that shit. bout fucking shit myself pulling 315 much less benching it!

  • @westy44cal u need 2 post that on EVERY weight lifting video lol.

  • @westy44cal

My soccer coach was like 35 years old and he could do 300. Plenty can do 315, but it's like there's some kinda diminishing returns going on, you're right. The higher in weight you get the slower you progress.

  • @westy44cal man 315 its not that heavy i agree with you not many can actually do it cause many have average joe genetics or are lazy at the gym.. see im small like really small i weight 135 lbs and can bench press 250 with hardly any training (say a month tops) i always been naturally ripped so i dont see why a 200 lbs man with good genetics and a month training cant bench 315 lbs.... still benching 315 lbs deserves credit either because your effort or your natural skill

  • @rucula2 Video please.

  • @yOsHiBrO dude im not saying im superman or something i mean some people are just naturally stronger than others why do you find that so hard to believe. this is my alternative account so i wont upload anything here but anyway given that i dont really pay to much attention to weightlifting im not much into uploading stuff.. why would i lie its not like i said i bench 600 lbs anyway...

  • @rucula2 Because if you're going to make claims like that, you better back it up. This guy made a video and you're saying that it's not much. Put up or shut up.
