Yes, your first wings from quest at about lvl 10 I think. So you get them pretty early on in the game.

is the flight time always gonna be limited? like even if ur the highest level in the game if so...den that will suck.....

i preordered the Collectors Edition of the game which also gives you around 40 seconds additional flight time :P

u start with only one minute of flight time, and it is upgradebale with armor as u progress. in the abyss there is no flight timer i believe
