After Paramount sold their 1950-'59 theatrical cartoon library- and the characters featured in them, in perpetuity (including their "Noveltoon" Jack-in-the-box logo)- to Harvey Comics Publications in 1959, they set up Harvey Films, Inc. to distribute them for TV {initially featured on ABC's "MATTY'S FUNDAY FUNNIES" (1959-'61)}, and retitled them "Harveytoons". The characters featured are Moe Hare, Spooky, Baby Huey, Little Audrey, Herman, Casper, Wendy, Katnip, Buzzy, and Tommy Tortoise.
I remember this from an old Baby Huey tape I rented from the video store in the late 1980s. I was absolutely terrified of this logo...I think it was because the World Vision logo was on the same tape. It wad probably because I also didn't want the video to end.
