@barendbrouwer1 thats not true, look how little he turns his hips on the backswing, he creates great resistance between his upper and lower body. this sets him up for a great turn through the ball. he also has very good plane lines.

They hardly "rip" the ball at all. It's more controlled power.

I just love the machismo of the hackers on youtube criticising a pro's swing.

The harder you try to hit a ball, the worse you hit it.

@foxysham very true , if you look at some of the amateurs and young golfers out there, most of them tings long is best when really every pro golfer has no problem reaching the green in two , theres no need for ripping the driver ,

@poutzka in reality he rips the piss out of that ball, it just looks like it might be a weak pull slice. he's good at getting that face square and using his strengths well.
