  • i have the same guitar.....

  • @NothingXMuch101 lefty?

  • any one tab this?

  • I'm a lefty 2

  • right hand player watching a lefty do a demonstration, is kinda cool. like a mirror. thanks.

  • Question: wouldn't you use a G Major pentatonic over a G Major chord?If using a minor pentatonic ,wouldn't you use instead the relative 6th i.e. E minor pentaonic?

  • you can also play the g minor pentatonic over it surely..right?

  • well, thinking in keys and pentatonics,i'd use a G blues over a G Major as the blues is a minor pentatonic with a b5;that one note makes a difference between a G minor pent and a G blues.for any major chord, pentatonically i use the relative minor. A G minor pentatonic for me would rock over an A# major key than a G major.

  • @bmaj7 i would think you could use either Gmin or Emin pentatonic, or Gmaj pentatonic, depending on the song and the feel you wanted...

  • @abald1967 I agree with you on the Em and G maj pent. but am having much sonic disfavor with that flat 3rd of the Gminor over the G major.

  • awesome tone
