Ok peoplez. Maybe I just have the gene in me, but this was easy. On tempo was easier (probly cuz u dont have enough time to lose ur balance) and I do this at 3 am and 3 pm each day (before school n after school) but the sad thing is, is im 256 pounds and can do this easily. Then again, I have strong legs and have lotso energy...
@FruitBattheGirl I think that different workouts dont work the same for everybody. Im 157 and Im finding this a challenge even tho I have a lot of energy. I like doing this even more than zumba. Tho I like zumba too,lol.
@katieav I think it's a strength and balance thing more than quickness. the quads are primarily responsible for the kick action and (perhaps you may have missed it) the second kick is more of a flick cuz her foot isn't brought back behind her knees. doing it many, many times is key... and if you can become lighter on you feet, all the better.
how can you possibly kick your legs that fast without tripping? did you guys get it right at that tempo right when you started off or did it take a while??
I didn't realize ballroom dancing was so tiring until I almost died from this simple workout :D
