  • my favourite utube channel!

  • How come when I looked up Billie Jean, this showed up?

  • dumbass he is puting static electricity on the board that motherboard is fried

  • He's probably already grounded with an anti-static wrist band...these guys know what they're doing...

  • memory is SINGLE CHANNEL. it's not that bad for a home server or a video-player, but it's not good for gaming.

  • i have a asus m3n72-d and it has a hdmi port

  • if the handle your motherboard the way he is could it fuk up video connection to monitor?

  • it could....man T_T this guy is not a tech geek like me

  • eek on board is a pile of dogshit.

  • he says that the motherboard is included in the box

    lol

  • ahahah

  • nice

  • i bet logan would have had a tough time with this review definetly asus makes great high performance board but i would never use one for an htpc they run way to hot for htpc gigabyte is going to last longer

  • U LIKE a micro board???? u think HDMI onboard is good? Onboard video is one of the main reasons people think Vista runs badly! Plus Bluray on onboard? no thanks, same with HD TV tuners for the Media Centres u are reccomending it for... also, u like 3 RAM slots? u reccomend old 300W power supplys? u like problems that occur due to low quality power? and "Asus makes great products"???? u obviosuly don't sell them! Expect 30-40% of them to fail in 12 months or less... look at quality, not features!

  • i don't know i've heard some bad things about tigerdirect

  • maybe i'm dumb blind and def but where and how many pci slots are on that?

  • i saw 2

  • A XFX8200 is better! RAID Support, upto 8GB RAM and.......peanuts!

  • damn... this thing seems badass...

  • I actually already bought it and it's a;readt in the kids HTPC. Great board for the price and yes the audio does pass through the HDMI aswel.

  • ASooS? have i been saying it wrong?

  • yup, i still say asUs

  • For the people who own this board, can the HDMI output both video and audio at the same time directly into the HDMI port on the back of a TV?

  • yeah it should, i dont think your going to get many people that own the board watching a review about it :P

  • I have this motherboard and it doesn't let you change the CPU voltage. REALLY limits how far you can overclock.

  • duh 3 years warrenty...

  • Same with my motherboard, it's not very overclockable. I squeezed 230MHZ out of my AMD 9950+. =/

  • hmm can anyone help me with this question im trying to buy this mother board and i really want a NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT on this board will it work?

  • is tis motherboard gd 4 gaming?

  • wow the video caard is actually good... and its on board!!!

  • no...

  • y do you think no??

  • its good enough for HD playback and that is what this board is meant for.

  • i have an nvidia board, its green, green is cool too

  • actually that yellow brown looks like gold...cool

  • holy shit thats a good graphics card to be intergrated

  • when he talks you cannot make a sound or else you will miss a whole sentence.

  • I wish motherboard makers would stay away from the yellow and brown PCBs. Those colors just scream "CHEAP" to me, no matter how good they are...

  • yeah black or blue are good borads and look better

  • @r31ncarnat3d ya it makes it look very cheap i like when they are red and black or another colour other then brown and yellow

  • µATX = mATX

  • uATX=microATX, mATX=miniATX. So uATX doesn't not equal mATX, there's a big difference.

  • at 0:32 Thats What She said

  • hehehehehehehe

  • can u build an actual compiter on this motherboard

  • Media computer only not for gaming

  • you sure can

  • this mobo is smaller than the the standard matx, would it still work in a case supporting matx or does it have a different mounting config

  • i thought uATX was microATX

  • it is

  • i think companies need to take the floppy connector out cuz you can get a floppy in usb so the connector is pointless now

  • dont like yellow

  • Yellow is interesting FTW!

  • 1920 1440? that's the worst res ever

it should be 1920 1080 as in 1080p

not that good for a HTPC

  • if 1920 1440 is supported than 1920 1080 can definitely be set in windows. it supports every single resolution up to the max resolution

  • so true didn't think of that..

    lol

    thx

  • Dude. 1440 > 1080. I don't see any problem with that.

  • i want to watch high quality movies

  • everybody wants to watch high quality movies :D

  • I like this motherboard......

  • kaspersky slows down performance for sure.

i used it in past. its great anti virus but they need to make the live scan quicker like AVG.

  • i have the new updated kaspersky and it dowsnt waste 2% of ram..is this version better cuz other programs aste a crap load of ram and do nothing

  • this is pretty sweet.

  • Sounds nice. But I no longer trust asus.

  • i agree, failed me twice already... evga ftw

  • That chipset and onboardGPU suck. Rather get one with amd radeon 3300 or 3200 onbpard gpu, chipsets 780G and 790G.

  • even the 730i is a shit

  • Nice mobo :D

  • That board has been in my list for my HTPC list, and it is a very good multimedia series, all thanks to Nvidia!

  • what's the best budget motherboard for a gaming rig ATI or nvidia

  • P5ql Pro

  • what's the difference between a p43 and p45?

    i prefer having 2 pci-e slots btw

  • P43 supports one x16 slot, and p45 two, thats the only difference... and yeah P5q-PRO is great mobo, but p5ql-PRO costs 78€ so you decide...

  • srry. mistake. P45 have two x2 not x16... It doesnt matter what chipset you have for dual pcie x16

  • i meant x8 not x2 i'm so tired...

  • It depends on your budget, but ASUS P5Q-Pro is pretty cool and it's cheap too.

You'll get one for about 120€

  • OW NICE MOBO I HAVE IT
