Mariah has a larger range than Whitney. But not more strength/power. Even with both of their voices declining in the present day it's still the same thing: Mariah-Bigger range, Whitney-More power. That's why i always hate when people compare them because they're two different singers: You listen to Mariah to want to be blown away by high notes and listen to Whitney to be blown away by power
