It's not that he's faking, it's just that he wants to keep his lives as simple as possible. If you concentrate you'll see that he's working on the obvious glitching. He's doing it like in the album but he's really not faking it. He even missed some breks right in the middle. But you have to understand him, it's very complicated and if he risks to glitch more in live he'll make a hell lot of mistakes and that would ruin the show. But he's an excellent dj though.

oh :3 i haven't listened to Detrimentalist yet, i'm currently too obsessed with Hospitality to listen to anything else. Aaron's style sort of changes with every album, and i think i'll move onto Detrimentalist next. thanks for the clarification!
