@alizaid31 As always, depends on the rules of the individual state. Some states keep a tight reign on security officers, others (such as South Carolina for example) give security the same powers as a sheriff's deputy. California is rather middle of the road on this issue, and tends to look the other way if the local agencies are helped by the security company. Paladin works hand in hand with Sacramento PD, even responding to many of their non-code 3 calls.

As the owner of a smaller security agency in Calgary, Alberta, we have consistently out performed larger security companies because we prefer to grow slow, hire career-oriented professionals, ensure that full & proper training is given to EVERYONE (no exceptions), ensure that close supervision is available at all times, and that customer service remains at the core of everytihng we do. This is my life, and its not just about making a buck.
