if theres one thing i dont like about those years of stangs is the slow ass idle air control valve makin revs hang between shifts it may help the ease of shifting but also wastes gas overall other than that i want a mach nice clean car btw someone buys their armor all:)

@sean55719 Yea the idle can be a bit of a nuisance, I still get close to 18 to 20 mpg city though. They could have did alittle more r/d on the synchro's in the tranny imo. Yep keep the armor all up to date religiously : )

@sean55719 Yep, fortunately the IAC restrictor (at least on GT's) fixes that problem.

@DrFail35000vr I have one of those and ended up having problems on the mach, it worked ok for a day or so then the rpms began to sweep up and down and engine shut off. I tried different sizes via drilling out the hole a couple times, I finally got tired of fooling with it and uninstalled.

@boostedpsi99 Hmmm dunno, first I've heard anything about that. I've seen inside of an 03 though and its the same as mine from what I could tell. There was an interior upgrade on some of them but aside from the tilting headrest and the billet ring around the base of the shifter, I'm not sure off hand whats other differences.

hows the sound on e the highway? any drone at all? because i just got my borla's in today and im fixing to order an x-pipe to go with it and im stuck here. sounds great but if theres any drone then idk bout the system

@The808monsta It does get loud in the car @ 75-80 mph, not plugging your ears loud but it could become annoying if you drive that speed with radio off and windows up for long periods. Its nothing the radio can't cover IMO, or roll the windows down and no problems either.

Have you tried the Magnapacks with that midpipe? I've been looking at Borla Stingers and Magnapacks and cant decide which to go with. They both are very similar with the stock midpipe.

@tomcat452 Nah, just flows and stingers so far. I would say whichever you get the best deal on would be a sure fire winner though. When I got the stinger setup I'd found it on amazon.com for around $500, it was too good to pass up!!!! I'd seen this system for over $700+ at some websites.
