  • this movement reminds me of something

  • I kept thinking about Pam Anderson on a beach in slow mo

  • im sorry but this just seems so wrong to me

  • Very useful to understand.

What software was used to make this animation?

  • to loooong

  • its timed to match up to a narration which I don't have permission to use. But without sound I agree its too long.

  • hey, dont worry man, its a great vid

its good that its long, u have the choice of skipping it

but having the actions repeated over and over again slowly allowed me time to think and absorb how it works :)

    its great!

  • Nice work. Was this for a highschool project? Were you expected to do a full 3D animation? Or would you have been allowed to do like a couple of frames of animation that explains the operation?

Because if this is for highschool level stuff, that's pretty cool that they're teaching you 3D Studio Max too.

  • its too long because i don't have the narration that goes with it. if i were able to post the narration it would be paced a lot better.

  • Very cool animation!

  • Cool, nice work there, the actual spring looks like it was complicated to do.

  • its not that hard really, its a tube and a helix. The tube is path deformed around the helix. Then to animate it you can simply adjust the height over time on the helix.
