This gutsman gameplay is actually WAY better than the playable Gutsman in Megaman Powered Up!

He was a huge target, and couldn't throw his gutsblocks accuratly, and couldn't even attack in certain areas, he really needs a shouldercharge attack like Wario has!

No, I think its because he got hit and fell onto the spikes when he had that few seconds of invulnerability due to the hit. This is how some people get past the spike traps in Megaman games.
