Um not true Im a runner and On my 3rd run with it the earphones broke... I did some reasearch on it apparantly the earphone controls can short circuit because of your sweat (mind you it was a 5 mile run at 85 degrees -_-) I personally returned the Unit and going to try to track down the 2nd gen or a sansa clip

It's not really that small, I mean, the controls are on the headphones. I could put a bead at the end of a pair of headphones and a brick sized harddrive along the wire. You call that small?
