I really like Lush's shampoo bars like seanik and jumping juniper. My fav soap is rockstar... makes me look forward to taking a shower. If you have oily or combo skin, u have to try mask of magnamity... its great.

When you buy from the UK website the packaging is not as clean and organized as the packaging from US LUSH. LUSH as a company is not responsible for the UK packaging, thats the own country's manufactoring problem over there. US LUSH packaging is much more neat are your products are much more carefully taken of, thats also why you have such a price difference. Its kind of like "you get what you pay for" situation.

@evolgub -With shipping it is still less expensive than the US. I have not found that my items are packed/packaged more or less haphazardly. I was surprised at the differences in some products though- such as the color of Rock Star soap! Weird. Also, lots of items are bigger from the UK. You should see how much bigger their bubble bars are!

You can email Lush Uk and tell them your order came damaged and they are really good with situations like that, they will proberly send you some new ones for free and wrapped alot better. X

my mom bought the lip scrub from our local lush and it was pretty messy, too. it doesn't bother me, but there was a lot of the sugar caked on the rim that falls off when you open and close the pot. smells wonderful, though and it's really nice that you get a legit potfull of product. even though it's simple and cheap to make, they don't skimp and that's good. : )

if you email/contact lush they do usually replace and broken items for you with no problem, for me one of my bath bombs was smashed and was replaced within 2weeks

Holy cow! They did you wrong!! I just got an order from them and everything was so nicely packaged. All the bottles were taped shut and my shampoo bars were wrapped in those yellow Lush bags. You should email the orders department. They always replaced anything that got to me damaged. =/

@AJxc00kie look up a converter online and keep track of how much you are spending. Thats what I did. It will charge your account in US dollars but you will see the UK pounds on the order.

i just got my order from lush today. I hate the wrapping too. but the prices are a major difference. i actually told them to wrap my bath bombs and bubble bars and it did help a little.

point of clarification, lush isn't 100% natural. while they do practice more environmentally friendly production & packaging, if you look at the product ingredients, you will still find un-natural ingredients. don't get me wrong, i still use their products; it's just the statement that they're all natural comes up a lot and that's not accurate. it's important for ppl who do prefer 100% natural ingredients to know that.
