Its Deathscythe Hell, only the Hell version has 4 Wings, both Hell Customs have 2, and normal DS has no wings at all

When you have the shields on, you are pretected from guns, but not swords. when in shield he doesnt use a lot of combos and he uses a little machingun but when the shield is off then it has some SICK! combos and he uses that spiral thing. He is all melee and with one shot action that deals a lot of damage if hit. He has also a cloking abilitie that i realy dont know how to activate it yet but im working on it. And thats it I guess, I hope I help a little.

actually, the refill time is more around 1 minute

When the wings are closed, u can block up to 100 damage, and is indicated by the middle right icon, and will only refill when it reaches 0, takes about 1 and a half minute, and is limited to a few combos. When wings are open u get a move speed and a slight attack speed boost, and dont waste any closed wing armour, and all your combos are unlocked.

Closing wings block you from range attacks

Sabator, the Cloak really doesn't serve much purpose other than protecting you from one or two attacks, similar to the armor on Gundam Alex. Its main ranged weapon is, I believe the Hyper Jammer (the missle-type weapon that stuns), or Vulcans for when the Cloak is closed. Its speed is slightly faster than the average Mobile Suit, however - still, it has decent melee attacks.

the shinning finger sword onli damaged 200 damage?

I thought got 1 person somewhere said it damaged 450 damage. I guess shinning isnt too overpowered as people think

actually it does about 300 damage the guy in this video didnt do the full combo he missed one more hit but its not 450 thats just a rumor shining only does about 300 with that giant sword i beleive, shing could kill off a 3k cost ms with just 2 sword combos. real reason y shining is over powered is because shining has that sword and he can counter other melea combat suits(counter is an attack) witch already makes him better then exia and god, but god in the long run is better then shining

So it's one of the Gundams that actually has a controllable Shield, W Zero has a shield but you can't really use it to block (unless it is available in NEXT in which I hope it does) Even Strike Freedom does not have an energy shield. Guess Death's small array of armaments was the reason for this feature but, it's a nice addition since it does gets too close often to enemy MS.

all gundams in gundam vs gundam next has the inpute command to make a gundam block ( it down up on the joystick) as long as the gundam has a shield they can block. strike freedom can block to iv block many attacks with strike freedoms energy shiled and iv blocked trans-am with wing zero with his shield. if your gundam can block then down up on the joystick will work for them.

also back in the old gundam vs gundam their was auto blocking for u and if u block to much you lose your shield, not only that but gpo2 and some other gundam like destiny had a manual block feature back in that game. it was down slash only a few gundam had a feature like that, like god duplicates himself when u do down slash but GPO2 blocks when u inpute that command , but in NEXT all gundams have to manualy block and you dont ever lose ur shield in this game no matter how many times u block

Thanks for the heads up on the shields on NEXT! Yeah that's great! Are the shield capable of blocking Melee attacks again like R vs Z or just long range ones. And does the weapon in question have any influence on the shields usefulness e.g. Strike Freedoms Burst mode or W0 Buster Rifle, could they be blocked? And is it true that PSP will have first crack at GVG NEXT?

the shield can block anything you want they wont brake and you can spam block as much as you want just like R vs Z the only thing i think that it cant block so far that i know is epyon's jab but it could just be me not blocking at the right time( i havent proven this fact yet) so as far as i know the shield blocks anything you want to freakin trans - am from exia, to full burst shot from strike freedom. and the attacks dont have influence on the shields at all

well for the releas its not anounced yet but it should be soon since the last unlockable gundam is unicorn and it is unlocked and playable now so theirs no reason to keep this game exclusive to the arcades anymore but for which platform is still unknown ppl geuss its for psp because GvsG the first one was for psp my geuss is ps3 since king of fighters, street fighter 4, and blazblue all came out to ps3 and they where originaly aracade games too so no one knows yet. just wait a little longer.

i believe wing zero custom has a shield he can still block by putting both his wings togather (im just taking a geuss thats how he would block since thats what he did in the movie) also both wing zero should be in the game they shouldnt be taking or replacing any gundam that are already in the game and what im really intrested in seeing is actually 00 + oraiser vs Wing Zero Custom that wat iv been waiting for since 00 is the new and opposite version of wing zero. I wanna see them in a match

This game is actually imported over to some arcades over seas like in canada where i live, im actually playing it in a mall's arcade In vancouver so it might actually be close to you guys if you try to look for it in an arcade.

when Death Scythes wings are around him he is takes no damage from vulcans(a.k.a machine guns) and most normal beam shots, he also takes no damage from lockon's shot (a.k.a Gundam dynames from Gundam 00) also this game is the 2nd version of GvsG and theirs an inpute command to make a gundam block ( it down up on the joystick) it can block anything except for some sword jabs. this game, as for now, is exclusive to the arcade. Hope that answers alot of ppl's questions.

in the show, the little shield on the left arm was shot at wing 00 and it stopped a shot from his beam cannon. Can you do that in this game?

this suit also has an ability to turn "invisible" for i think 10 secs, during that time, its enermy will lose red lock on him, therefore harder to hit him

at around 0:50, the DH wings were closed and it blocked a beam shot from the Vigna Ghina. it cost 70 for the wings to block the shot. i still can't tell if the wings do affect anything else, like you speed.

the wings being closed doesn't affect it's speed but it changes it melees to only kicking and it is kinda cool that u can regain the shield by just blocking

if it's anything like Another Century's Episode 2, then I think the wings should:

1. help decrease damage until he attacks

or

2. help ONLY against beam/ long-range damage.
