I have Astral Traveled before but it was not something that I wanted to do it actually kinda scared me. It happens every once in a while. sleep paralyzed is so common at night, especially during deep sleep cycle. Everybody may experience it and there is nothing wrong with it. I have Astral Traveled before but it was not something that I wanted to do it actually kinda scared me. It happens every once in a while. sleep paralyzed is so common at night, especially during deep sleep cycle. Everybody may experience it and there is nothing wrong with it. If you are not ready or wanna stop astral traveling, you may want to stay more relaxed and just let things be. Cause the more you focus the more you wanna get rid of it, the more it comes. The EXACT same thing happens to me from time to time. In the beginning I was affraid & I would fight it, after a few years I relaxed & found I would go a little further each time. On one night I relaxed, left my body & then had a thought of a old GF I was immediately transported to a place where I could see her. I was thn pulled back to my body % a few secs later she text me, had not spoken to her in a year & she was on the east coast I was in CA. I guess it could be a coincidence but who knows?

i've experienced many weird things when i was growing up. I've had dreams about aliens visiting earth and how evil they are...i also had out of body experiences or astral travels without even trying to have one... i've seen weird stuff. just careful guys we are dealing with a 4th dimension here, a new plane of existence that we as humans are not used to... many people wanna try this but is not something to play around with, be cautious, cause you'll b exposing yourself to other beings

The ability to travel on the other planes can't be learned, or taught. It must be awakened within oneself, otherwise you're just promoting tourism to the "lower" planes. Unfortunately to prove 1 had a dream is equally as impossible as it is to prove that the AP does not exist. Its all your interpretation of what you experienced. I could label all my dreams as AP's just as all people that pursues OBE could re-label their AP's as dream creations.
Im sure everyone can recall a dream where TWO DIFFERENT locations were meshed into ONE location; meaning: nil. dreams=theta brain waves = creativity incr.

Interesting, I believe I 'accidentally' astral projected a few months back, I felt as though I was floating maybe 30cm's above myself, though there was not any specific imagery that followed, I just found myself surrounded in very bright golden lights and felt an unbelievable amount of bliss or purity? I'm not sure how to describe it but it was one of the best feelings i've ever experienced. Have not been able to go back since unfortunantly.
