I think Frank Mcgrath sums up bodybuilding beautifully in this video. BB is all mental its about having the right mind set that never say die attitude and Frank has it in spades. Any guy can go to the gym and lift weights and in time will look ok but what seperates the guys who look ok and the guys who turn heads is a driving mentallity to be the best that they can possibly be. There is a lot of negativity told about bodybuilding. You never hear about what these guys do, how they have to pick themselves up EVERYTIME something goes wrong, or when they're criticized for a lagging part of their physique. What most don't know is that they already know this. All the nay sayers, until you get up on the stage with these guys and compete against them, any naysaying you do means very little. Be a role model. This is why I lift. Thanks Wrath.

Frank is my absolute favorite bodybuilder! I look to all of his training videos that were put out for inspiration and motivation. He is a big reason that I keep hitting the gym as hard as I can every day! Wrath will always be my favorite bodybuilder even if he doesn't win the Mr.O title.
