are drums (snares, claps, etc.) made in vst or a they samples? And which plugins do you use to make them sound so good?

@djcrystalic they are (modified) samples from the vengeance essentials pack. i layer together two snares, one short and snappy and the other long and sizzly, then i eq a bit, add some stereo enhancement, and add some compression. i do the same with clap. you can also add some gated reverb.

I think this song sounds exactly like old-school hardstyle. They are not mainstream, but to ME they sound the same. Nowadays I agree, some song don't stand out. Wildstylez is a great example. @Stannie7 for soft and smooth sounding saws you should try using toxic Biohazard, its really easy to use, just search for somthing like "hardstyle synth toxic biohazard" on youtube. i know i have had the same problem with my lead synths

@Stannie7 are you sure?? its untill now the most bright and clear supersaw synth i can make. just put 5 oscillators to saw, give them volume in the matrix, increase polyphony and the amount of voices and increase unision detune to about 50%.

@Noisepower i found a software called BSA unpacker witch i used to unpack all the soundfiles from the .bsa file in fallout. Then i started going thru 54k soundfiles to see if i found that vocal :S ...but after some time i found out they werent there but rather in a compiled video with the background sounds :\ so i had to tweak the 'intro movie' to get the voice to stand out from the background strings and all that
