Even though I didn't know him, I felt bad for the people who were fans of his. And that day I asked my mom if he ever did anything bad. She said he did . Micheal Jackson had a underlying coronary artery disease.. The early symptoms of the cardiac event, ie. Chest pain, fatigue, etc. was masked by the use of prescription pain medications. That's why he probably didn't get a workup-up since he felt better after. Over the years it got worse until it caught up with him, a heart attack that caused him to go into cardiac arrest. Sad situation :(
