OK, here you guys go, I apologize if my video description wasn't entirely accurate, here's the Police Report,

ROBBERY-ARREST 07/26/08, Wilson Blvd at N. Uhle Street. At 1:40 am on July 26, police responded for a dispute. They determined a man forcibly took money from the hand of a cab driver. The suspect was disorderly and physically fought with officers. Robert Sims, 33, of Arlington, was charged with Robbery and Assault on Police. He was held without bond. (My time is correct also)

yeah apparently she's the GF of the black male in custody, i got there after 2am and this was unfolding a little before that. the blonde female cop apparently was assaulted by this guy. not sure why that GF was like that, she needed to remain seated where she was though...

What she doesn't understand is that you were actually doing a lot to protect her boyfriend by just standing there and videotaping. Too bad you didn't get there as it was happening.

I'm guessing that the cabbie tried to overcharge the guy. So the guy reacted in anger because he felt like he was being robbed. When the cops showed up, he didn't exercise self discipline and might have pushed the female cop which is a big no-no. Now he's in big trouble.

Just my 2 cents but if you're a minority, especially a black male, in arlington county you've got to be on your best behavior. The cops will bust you if they can. Black guy should have called the police at the very beginning.
