  • Nice vid, also shows you don't need to dump a whole paycheck on a scope. Ive recently gotten a hammers 3-9x32AO (50$ with mount ) for my gamo cfx. "For the price" they are damn fine optics.

@wedo4567 (and any other duche that thinks the same), where you looking though a camera display while shooting??? (didn't think so...)

Good shooting, if that where a person, they would be dead (=effective shooting)

  • Cool POV.

  • Obviously you know it aims to the right a tad...

  • ive seen this video about 6 times in my life...

  • One of the coolest vids hands down by the way what kind of barrel is that?

  • Lol im 12 and shot better than that with my dads ar15 today

  • worst fucking smiley face EVER!

  • @crombieposterboy hey, it says i cant email you bc im not your friend.... well if you google search "5.56 vs .223" and click on the first link (ar15armory dot c o m) that will give you a great explanation.....

  • @crombieposterboy no they arent, for the most part they are, however, the 5.56 and .223 have a different "throat" size.... generally its ok for you to fire a .223 in a 5.56 rifle, but not the other way around..... I found this for you for a better explanation....ill email you a link, since i cant post it.... if youre interested in knowing the difference....

  • will a red dot magnifier work behind an optic like this?

  • I understand ur point to be safe but at a large outdoor range like this it would be almost impossible to establish a cold range and the best you are going to get is a cold lane which is what he did.

  • Well sorry if it upset you but I have been trained to detect position of shooting from initial fire combined with echo and am able to determin that the shoot is approx. 50-75 yds from this shooter firing from his right side shooting down range. And you can see the berm on his left as he is shooting and as he walks down the range you can see it on his right so i wasnt guessing.

  • I dont get why people are saying .223 and 5.56 are the same round....

  • I like the people who think an airsoft gun sounds like this. lol Its clearly an ar-15

  • WTF??!! Was this guy walking down range as people were shooting??? Thats an absolute NO-GO!!!! Please dont give anti-gun lobbyists more reasons to take our God Given Right to Own Weapons away by not being safe with weapons. Please be safe!

  • @airborne1ranger24 Wow if you can not tell the difference between gun shots up close and far away you should give ur guns away also you can clearly see huge dirt mounds on both sides of him with no other targets in that shooting pit. Please be smart!

  • @jmike8886 First of all, Im not sure if you noticed the "question-like" form of my comment. Second, I have been around guns for a very long time, and have been in many situations where gun shots arent always what they seem. You talk to me about being smart, when you make a comment like that. How do you know how far away that guy was shooting? Do you know that the report of a gun is affected by many things which can make it sound further or closer than it is: wind, humidity, barometric pressure

  • @jmike8886 temp, time of day, terrain features, structures etc, it also depends on the type of gun you are firing...etc.Not to mention, if you can hear it, youre probably close enough to get shot. I am also impressed that without actually seeing it, you knew that there was a berm the whole length of a range that separated them...bc you know, no one EVER stands past a berm at a range to take a longer shot... Please... dont be naive. getting off topic now, my main point was to BE SAFE!

  • @jmike8886 So maybe if you didnt know that, then maybe YOU should put your guns away.....

  • 19/19? lol, what a wierd number

  • fuckin youtube ban these fucking vids they shoud all say WARNING airsoft dog shit

  • how much is the real P90 cost?

  • cool crosshair just like in counter strike

  • Is that brand any good ?I found one on eBay thats 1x30 with L mount for $48. Thinking of gettin it.

  • @pray4chicken that doesnt magnify anything

  • All them video games sure payed off!

  • this mutherfucker did not just walk onto a firing range

  • How did you film through the red dot? Do you have a rail attachment for your camera or did you hold it?

  • I waited trough the whole video for you to shoot auto..

  • @Woozi1 having an automatic gun is illegal, so its pretty rare for a civilian to have one

  • @XDILikeTurtlesXD it is most sertanly not illegal if one has a class 2 ffl permit. which is not that hard to obtain and to correct you agean it is not that rare i see people all the time out in the desert whare i live shooting them all the time. i myself have a few autos i like to play with.

  • nice shot....

  • Nice, I like!

  • Is your hammers 2x42 red dot durable? How much does the 2x magnification help and would you recommend it?

  • i think hes dead lol

  • You like the sight, I'm looking for something like it.

  • @frylock44 I have a sight like that...

  • @msharpashotr It any good?

  • @frylock44 yeah!

  • @msharpashotr

you have it on a real gun or an airsoft gun?

  • @frylock44 Well, it is my dad's. He has it on his true M4. He also has some other optics. BTW I am VERY active in airsoft, and believe that KWA USA makes the best guns! I am a much bigger collector though... I have ALL of their guns!

  • The Quarterback IS toast.

  • congratulations. i'm glad you can hit a nonmoving target at about 50 yards =P otherwise, nice scope =)

  • good video !!

  • what scope are you useing

  • thats a nice looking rifle..what length barrel is that..16?

  • I want to buy a gun like this ?

  • como ago para con seguir un arma de esa ??

  • what a bad ass cool vid

  • Pretty damn good group for a airsoft sight.

  • @drbackjack its real look the flash noob

  • @drbackjack lol airsoft gun... hahah xD

  • @VCRAGE

Might want to re-read what i said again. Airsoft sight not gun....

  • @drbackjack Oh sorry mate! Yep heh, my mistake!

  • Hey mate, where did you purchase the sight?

  • lol omg it's like a video game :D

  • Cool video man

  • Do you purposefully aim to the right on each shot? is that due to trigger pull as a leftie?

  • 40 Yds.... Thats Handgun Range. My son and his AIRSOFT would compete with you. Also GT4604 WHAT THE !!!!!!!!

  • @lollipopeater26 Handgun range? You aren't old enough to buy a handgun. So far all you are is a Youtube Comment Airsoft Sharpshooter, so STFU.

Dude did some pretty good shooting, and a good demonstration of that Hammers scope. Thanks for posting.

  • I likw how you walk downrange when there is still fire and your gun is pointing at you.

  • @isveryniceyes you have no idea how this course is set up. and how do you know his gun is pointing at him? lol

  • @Schutzstaffel23 Look where he sets it. It's aiming downrange, and he walks infront of it. He doesn't take the mag out, and from what I can tell, he doesn't open the bolt. It's not rocket science.

  • @isveryniceyes like i said.

  • @isveryniceyes alright i take back the gun part lol. i didnt pay attention that much.

  • @Schutzstaffel23 Oh, alright.

  • that's a really fuckin tight grouping!!!!

  • awsome.....not

  • looks like it was shooting maybe an inch and a half high, the dot was lower then where the bullets connected

  • thats why i use a heavy barrel like you are. accurate and reticle returns to point of aim.

  • I think that dude would be... dead? xD

  • 45 or 50 yrds, u shud hit the target with a baseball from that distance lol,

  • @shamrock84922 umm no... maybe if he was shooting from a bench or sitting

  • cool vid

  • what range yu shooting at?

  • you shot at the heart wrong. its on the other side.

  • Your like 1 MOA off.

  • good shooting man, cool filming too

  • nice accuracy

  • Great shoot

  • great shooting!

  • u do betr with the camera

  • i like fps´s

    so good work

  • This is a lot easyer on MW2....

  • nice shooting! i counted your "steps" to the target and came up with about 45 so unless you have a long stride, you're probably not much more than 40 yards, but still... nice grouping!

  • Excellent vid. decent shooting. advise to use more of the pad of your finger, you are pulling to the right with each squeeze. Good job. The range is still hot though...and you're walking to your target. Are the other shooters that far away from you?

  • sick scope

  • Your mom?

  • Anyone know what that reticle is called? I want to get one but I don't think trijicon makes it anymore. Now they only make dots and triangles.

  • that's in a bushnell scope

  • I think i have the same hammers scope but mine broke. Somehow when adjusting it the reticle got crooked and i dont know how to fix it

  • NIce dude!

  • For $55.00 I understand some comprimises would have to be made with quality on an optic. But would you say that this optic is the worst thing to buy? Could you give me a rough estimate on battery life and how often it looses its zero from the recoil. I am wondering because I want to purchase one for my wasr 10 ak47.

  • do u like pmags our should i just buy more standard ar mags and are the pmags worth the money\

  • Pmags are all I ever use.

  • @pabuchok dont you have issues with them catching on each other when you use double mag pouches?

  • @pabuchok do the p mags fit in standard ar mag pouchs like the alice triple mag or the molle double mag?

  • @jelliot83 they are actually just a cunny hair wider, and for that they don't slide in and out of a mag pouch very well.

  • @pabuchok dont really like pmags, cause they have a tendency to feed slow.

  • @pabuchok Is it me, or do you sight a little to the right? And if so, WHY?

  • @2URBO2 I agree, Nice grouping though; but I could tell when he was pulling the trigger, It would pull to right. just before he fired, But everybody has there own system.

  • @arkansasbagpiper Yeah, the grouping wasnt bad, but it surely pulled some to the left.... But hey, if that plate was a person: DEAD, haha. So, it wasnt so bad after all. :) Good comment mr arkansas!

  • @coleclevyman56

pmags are sick dude get you some!

  • @coleclevyman56 ew never buy standards, pmags are so awesome i just cant explain it. the way the mag takes the bullets and they way theyre held in are as tight as can be. bulles slide right out and never fail to feed. plus pmags are what 15 bucks.......

  • @coleclevyman56 pmag all the way. i've never had one jam and they're not terribly expensive.

  • @coleclevyman56 standard mags with anti tilt followers are just as reliable, although not as sturdy.

  • @coleclevyman56 pmags are great

  • @coleclevyman56 pmag are the best! Well worth it!

  • @coleclevyman56 Before you spend any money on mags, look at gun shows. I work at gun shows and I know from experience that we sell AR and AK mags a LOT cheaper than your run of the mill gun shop. Plus you get good deals, for instance I picked up a flat top Bushmaster AR-15 with a 30 rd pmag for only 600 bucks. DEFINATLY check gun shows.

  • that was a nice group. some of the shots really dont look like they go in but apparantly they did. nice.

  • fuck i have the gay one with no mag,i have to pop it open to reload

  • sucks to be in CA

  • @pabuchok no mag, ur allowed a 10 rd mag in cali

  • @MegaCRuffy from 40 yards lol

  • @Californianboy626

Bullet Button! Do you go to Burro Canyon?

  • @AmericanZ28

Ya the one in Azusa,CA,use to be there all the time.

  • @Californianboy626 lol go outa state and fix dat :D

  • @Californianboy626

I live in California too, but I just push the button with a bullet or something to pop out the magazine.

  • @Californianboy626 why didnt you just build one with a mag lock?

  • @Californianboy626 build one with a bullet button.

  • what type of scope was that

  • Hammers 2x42 check ebay.

  • Your AR a .223 cal?

  • Yes, .223

  • @pabuchok Do you know how white oak armament is?

  • how far away is the target? whats the range on this scope?

  • What's ghosting? :S

  • if u aim at a certain spot will the bullet always hit that place?

  • not always..the recoil might move the sight a little

  • @harino45 depends on the wind but you will get close to it

  • Yes, unless the target is really far then the ballistics of the bullet become important, but like in this video that's very close for a rifle and the bullet will hit where you point if the sight is zeroed correctly.

The hard part is aiming on that certain spot :P recoil and plain keeping it steady isn't as easy as it seems.

  • I am probably wrong in some respect here, but the .223/556 has a very flat trajectory which is why it is so popular. You can zero the sughts at 25 yards and it will sill be dead on at about 200 (?).

  • Nah, well maybe anyways when I was in army basic training. We were prone at 25 meters shooting a target that resembled a human silhouette which was about the size of an apple cut down the middle turned on its side. And by doing that you could rearange the rear sight post so when you actually shot at 300meters it was perfectly dead on.

  • what do you think about a 7.62 swap for the ar-15??

  • What's it going to be used for?

  • just whatever you know range shooting im just wondering would it be worth the money

  • @rsxs89 well then sure, the russi ammo is cheap, and will make a great practice/plinky gun

  • @MadMamba13 thanks

  • Sighting in at 25 yards with 5.56 (and only 5.56 cause .223 is slightly different) with a 14" barrel will be zeroed for 300 yards, not 200. Its not that it has a flat trajectory its that it just happens to rise and fall at those points. The main reason for the popularity of the 5.56 is its lightweight, low recoil, and fragmentation/tumbling on impact (which can be bad or good).

  • @rluikwan

originally the idea behind the 5.56 was to start wounding VC instead of the KILL the M14 produced. A "wound" ties up more personel, supplies, and the guy laying there screaming produces a psychological impact too. Also, the Army thought (rightfully) that a person can carry more 5.56 ammo compared to the .308

I don't have any complaints about the 5.56. And I've never had any problems out of either the M16A4 I had in the Army nor my Stag Arms M4orgery I have as a civilian.

  • @pabuchok

No they zero the sights at 25 meters but the silhouette is smaller like that of something at 300 meters. So really you are zeroing for 300 meters not 25 meters.

  • @pabuchok

    yeah, you're wrong :)

    .223/5.56 has a big trajectory.

If you "Battle Sight Zero" - a 1.5" target at 25meters = dead on at 250meters using the small aperture. It is also "on" at 350M - after that you have to "hold off".

IMO a "stock M4/M16" is a BATTLE RIFLE - not a marksman rifle, though, under the right hands it IS capable of very small MOA groups. IMO - if you can hit a paper plate sized target up to 100M w/your weapon that is proficient enough for combat. Let the SDM do the rest

  • @pabuchok zero at 25m for 300m

  • @pabuchok My bushmaster book says to sight in at 25m and then it would be on at 300m.

  • @pabuchok If you zero dead on at 50 yards it will be very close to dead on at 200. Most guys zero their red dot optics like an aimpoint etc at 50.

  • @pabuchok BZO or battlesight zero. its 36 and 300. its not that it has a flat trajectory but the round is still rising at 36 yards and by 300 yards it will have fallen to the same level it was at at 36 yards. /\ / \

36/ \300 if you can understand that

  • @methos747 im surprised the shock from shooting duznt shatter that sight to pieces lol

  • @pabuchok Not STILL dead on, but AGAIN. 1st on the way up, next on the way down.

  • @pabuchok Not STILL dead on, but AGAIN. 1st on the way up, next on the way down.

  • @pabuchok

Not STILL dead on, but rather AGAIN.

First time on the way up, next time on the way down.

  • @pabuchok You are absolutly correct! 25 yards with the iron sights and its good to 200 meters with the larger rear sight and anything over that you need the small rear sight. I sighted in my red dot at 50 meters and was still hitting within 1 inch at 400 meters.

  • @pabuchok That's pretty right. But zeroing in at 25 yds also works for most any rifle then shooting at 100 yds will be dead on, but the smaller the bullet the less air resistance, which means the steadier it will be farther out. That doesn't mean that a .223 can outshoot a .308 at 1000 yds, but to a certain point. You get my drift...hopefully lol

  • LOL NECK SHOTS

  • awesome vids,very accurate!thanks for showing us!peace out!

  • btw why not to make some hi-tech weapon with low-tech stuff - just mount web cam behind scope and link it to notebook or ipod and you will have 50000 bucks stuff for 50 bucks

  • OMG A PENNY!

    at :52

    xD

  • who much joule has this weapon ?????

  • your right cult...the eotech 551 with a good magnifier is great for example

  • Does the zoom really help?

  • @MrCrunchyMunchy

in my opinion a RD with integrated zoom is wasted money. the main benefit of a RD is to keep both eyes open while shooting - perfect for cqb. if you want to snipe then buy a real scope or a QD magnifier!

  • @Cult1022 Ok thanks :D

  • @MrCrunchyMunchy Its all a matter of personal preference, shoot with what you feel comfortable with not what people tell you you should be comfortable with

  • Ok I'll shoot with what I feel comfortable with :D

  • Good groups.

  • cos i don't really know much about the AR-15, only the SA-80, im just wondering, why is it after each shot the recoil takes the rifle to the left and back to the centre instead of going to the right? because just as he shoots you can see the blur of the laser off to the left of the rife, mever to the right .

Is it because the rounds are discharged from the left side or just because of how he's holding it?

  • @jonathanmarvin how you hold it. its because your cheek rests on the left side of the gun so when fired it acts like a pivot point becasue there is no mass to the right, the back of the gun moves right...causing the front to move left like this.... \

  • It is all about the shooter. The rifle is not making it do that. Some people unconsciously try to compensate recoil in ways that move the weapon in their own way. I have had several weapons where I was the one moving them in ways that compromised my accuracy.

  • Ugly AR-15

I like the traditional M-16 in Vietnam one

enemies run and you aim shoot is very different, and you run they shoot too...Accuracy??forget it . Which ever shoot loud and scare enemies. M16 vs AK-47
