I think I respect Black Milk more than any other rapper. Most people who grow up in Detroit and become famous leave. But he's proud of where he comes from and he's stuck around. That means a lot. I love putting on one of his videos and seeing the streets I grew up on being represented with pride, as opposed to seeing the city disregarded as gangland filth in the news.
