I loved this game and the rest of the seasons. The final season was to plot focused which doesn't fit the mood of Sam and Max in my opinion but as a game it was very creative and, of course, hilarious. Even the puzzles can be struggled through just to hear those lovely pieces of dialogue. The creater, Stever Purcell, said the plot of the comics were just excuses to give the characters something to talk about, and boy does that formula work!

@Multi3DSlover Yeah did you look it up yet? All of the episodes are easy to find here on YouTube. Its short lived but really good, a lot of childish humor but also adult humor and innuendo that will go right over a little kid's head.

I'd recommend buying this game for PC if possible instead of the Wii. Once I got a free Sam & Max game from Steam for free, and it was pretty awesome. I can see why the Wii version can be glitchy at times, as it is a port. However, on a PC (provided you have a fast enough one), all of these issues are virtually non-existant.

I'm more of a console person, myself...but some games just work better on PC. Just look at The Sims for example.

This is one of the funniest, yet most confusing game I own for the Wii. While I was always looking for the next piece of dialogue, because every cutscene was hilarious, I was also confused by the puzzles. While some where easy to figure out, most of them where really hard, almost aggravating. I have yet to beat a single episode and I've been playing for I think 1 or 2 years.

I grew up on lucasarts games, loved the genre. Anyway just played through episode 1 of Back to the Future and pulled a 2 day marathon after getting hooked on season 1 of Tales of Monkey Island.. VERY VERY addictive.

This shit ? I mean seriously. There was too much.. way too much stuff to click on screen to follow the story line. Jokes were VERY dull and forced, just irritatingly retarded. 30 mins in and only got through 3 screens and nowhere in the story. lame game

Hey thanks for making this review; you got me into the demos which got me into what I think'll be my fav game of all time.

Oh and BTW, I find that the game doesn't have ABSOLUTELY no replayability. Talking about gameplay, no it doesn't. But if you LOVE the story, script, voice acting and humour, you'll want to replay it (I understand u wouldn't, and its opinion). I'm gonna get this game as my first 360 game, and I can tell it'll be my fav (or one of my favs).

I love playing this game It's great that all 6 episodes are unlocked at the beginning. This game does seem to require some brain power though. I liked the crude humor. It made me laugh out loud several times.

That must be a problem with the Wii version. I have Season 1 on XBOX Live Arcade and the framerate doesn't seem to suffer there. PC version is prolly just as good too. :P

sam and max works better on computers, the wii remote can cause some irritations with the controls. thank god for steam and holiday sales :D
