GG's promos are misleading most of the time but there a few that aren't like the one for All About My Brother in Season 1, that one was obvious. The season finale you could tell that there would some C/B action. Last weeks promo for episode 6 you could tell there would be an S and B fight involed. So who knows there has to be some kind of C/B thing involed.

I think when he says I wanna raise the stakes, I think he's meaning that he wants more from Blair then she's already giving or going to give him and maybe thats why, but idkk.

well this would be my guess, chuck says that he wants to raise the stakes, possibly meaning instead of just sleeping with her he wants more? a relationship maybe? but i don't know, that's just what i've got surring in my head right now.
