but whenever I have fake lashes on i feel like it weighs down my eyes =[ since they are small already haha I feel like my lids are sagging

That happened with me... it's just something you have to get used to. Even though lashes seem light, eyes are sensitive so of course it will put weight on. Just keep wearing them and it'll get more comfortable :)
