As an American I have no say about Europe. I do know, however that people in the US say the same shit. What they fail to see is crime correlates to the income and poverty ridden people. These people happen to be African-Americans and Hispanics in the majority. As someone who grew up poor and white I relate with them more then rich white snobs.

Would you say the way your parents raised you had an affect on who you are? Take a black kid? His parents were socialized in that blacks were not equal to whites. They could not go to the local "white only" park, or the "white only" restaurant. They were raised by that generation. Civil rights for blacks didnt come until the late 60s in America. I didn't analyze both kids backgrounds, their family life, their social and class status in life, in fact nothing has been analyzed but race. The test must be thrown out.
