You must be an idiot to believe kurds to have killed Assyrians. On the contrary ,the kurds protected the Assyrians. Many assyrians even joined the kurds in their arm struggle against the different Iraqi governments since 1921.
Now, in 1936 the Iraqi army massacred 3000 innocent and unarmed assyrians. This you find it in history books. Arabs in Iraq caused the assyrians even to flee Iraq. Why don't you mention that?
If kurds killed assyrians, how come there are Assyrians in Kurdistan?

Oh and by the way, I wasn't denying the involvement of Israel with the Kurds, but i want to know if this is an Israeli gov't view out in the open or just some shady Mossad operation? Because i remember when the CIA supplied and trained the Taliban without financial gain, to halt the progress of the Soviets. So i'm wondering if Israel's involvement with the Kurds is designed to stop another government based on Arab nationalism or islamism. Also, is Israel only helping the Kurds in Iraq?

Well, your assuming that I used the term "ally" for "any country not at war with her (israel)," yet relations with Turkey go much more deep. Israel is a major supplier of weapons to Turkey, including tanks, the ofeq satellite, missiles, etc..
Now we all know Israel has peace with both Egypt and Jordan, as well as trade relationships. But i don't think Israel has ever given military supplies to either of those countries(I could be wrong). So, i don't think i stretch the meaning of allies.

Financial gain doesn't provide much of a basis for inferring friendship. Israel has sold weapons to China and India, countries that have only recently recognized it. France has sold weapons to some rather barbaric African regimes. Similar arrangements between the US or UK and such countries have existed. Your use of the term

Again I would point out Israel's supplying and training of the Kirds without financial gain, which is a basis for inferring friendship.

Yeah, I see what your saying, but I wasn't implying that Israel was in it only for financial gain, at least with Turkey. Turkey was the first muslim country to recognize israel. Turkey and Israel are similar countries in the same region and seem to have similar interests. And India is indeed a strong ally of Israel, this is known, even if the relations only began recently. I guess i wasn't specific enough.

India's relations with Israel are mixed, and taking issue with a specific example doesn't rebut the point that one country may sell weapons to another and yet fail to be an "ally" of that country in the normal non-sokolovian sense of the term.
