If Kibaki is serious, he would have suspended Ongeri and his PS asap to allow investigations. Otherwise if those 2 are still in office they will interfere with the investigations.

Your Excellency Honourable Kibaki: Please. Even the pupil in Primary Standard One knows Sam Ongeri and Karega Mutahi should have been sacked yesterday. Your Excellency surely, why do you compromise with such IDIOTS? This is an action for which you should not excuse yourself: FIRE Sam Ongeri and Karega Mutahi now and have them remanded in custody pending investigations.

Three directors of the Triton Petroleum company will not be facing criminal charges after all.
This is after a Nairobi Chief Magistrate agreed to withdraw summons it had earlier issued against the bosses.
The court had summoned Peter Kimathi, William Mundia and Sunil Somai to be charged on behalf of the company over the Sh7.6 billion oil scandal. The directors then went to court to challenge the summons saying they could not take plea on behalf of the company.
