not bad launch, the thing is with all wheel is the take off that is strong and advantage becareful dont get greedy with the rpm's one guy broke his axel Sti, trying to beat mine i only 2 step around 4k to 5k depending how hot the road the tires will stick too

do u think a 05 STI with 95000 miles on it for 17000 dollars is a good deal

honestly, with 95k on the clock be prepared to do a lot of maintenance. I popped my motor thanks to the ringland issues with the 07s and now im waiting for my engine guy to put the motor together.

that's a lot of miles. at the very least, i would have someone do a leakdown and compression test on it. was it modified at all?

also... check the bluebook value or some other value guide. i know my 05 STi had 28,000 on it and was for sale at a dealer for roughly $23,5xx

try to launch higher, not a bad launch for being that low. i launch my car between 5000rpm and 5500rpm. yuo go to much higher you start to break things.

i rarely do it since there is pretty much no reason for me to do it. that was probably my 2nd time doing it. :)

trust me, either you are gonna love the track or hate like I did. If it is too sticky watch out for the clutch. Im regarding it now.

do what i do with my 450hp gc8... use a set of 17" re92 tires from a legacy GT. They dont stick at all :D lol
