I don't know why, but there's something about this guy that makes you just kinda know that he's an extremely kind and warm-hearted person; you can even feel his kind aura through the computer screen.

I had an year of very rewarding dream study ; I kept a cheap sketch book with me while sleeping , and a crayon ( not a sharp object ) . I would find in the morning , what I wrote in the night , and could recall the dreams . My dreams became of great

meaning and helped me then and now .

I use a dream sketchbook alongside a journal and I find it works very well. I tryed to use voice recording, but it just didn't work very well for me. When I write I get several pages in a note book of very vivid dreams with pages of sketched dreamscapes. Recording in anyway works best though.
