easier to puke wrestling then most people think. you fast before weight in and your hungry a day ore more, then you weight in and drink up to rehydrate, look like he made the mistake of eating food to satisfy his hunger then just eating honey to recharge the liver with sugar. stomach can react strange to food after a fast, and your working realy hard wrsetling too so more likely to vomit. looked like the ref was slow to stop the match, can be fatal if puking when pined on back.

And getting knocked around in the crotch has a very high likelihood, especially in the lower weightclasses were flailing and constant quick movements are common.
