Contradiction to this case: Lana doesn't mention Mr. White from Case 2 when he sent the chief of prosecutors to take him away. Also in this case, the evidence law is presented, however it is ignored in every other case in the series.
-The two Lana's brandishing knives are referring the murder going on in the parking lot and evidence room at the same time.
-The switchblade shattering the jar and Badger is what Lana is recalling of what she thought happened two years ago before she stabs Goodman, probably recollecting why she is doing it in the first place...to get Ema off the hook.
Yeah. I don't think this intro is inconsistent. The weirdness is from that it combines events of the SL-9 incident with the current murder investigation... but everything presented here does apply to those cases. But taking it literally for the current case(s) could throw you off.
This intro's confusing, but if you look at it, the only out of place thing is the Blue Badger doll. the people with the knives are Darke and Lana...only obviously not at the same time.
Okay, to be honest, I think this is probably the most epic intro in all of the ace attorney games... I don't care if it's not all that completely "accurate" with what happened in the case...It's simply epic ^^
@alexmarauder: It breaks the style of the other intros and gives the reader false information in doing so. Anything from the other intros was all true, just misrepresented, but they were still valid clues. If you apply the same logic here, you think what happens in this video is true but misrepresented, while it simply isn't true.
The other intros demonstrate quite clearly that it's possible to confuse the player without revealing the truth.
Ah, but any way you slice it, this intro messes with your head the first time you watch it, and always leaves you feeling a bit dizzy when you watch it again...
I sort of feel that this story had some plotholes here and there. Sort of like how Meekins was being accused of the simultaneous murder yet he was the one who was sent to report this to Edgeworth.
Like I posted below: "Yeah, that's what I don't like about this intro. Every other intro only shows you true stuff, but in such a way that it confuses you. This intro just gives false info, with the rain, two Lanas and the Blue Badger."
Unlike the other intros, this one doesn't only contain 100% correct information.
negatory. the switch blade knife wasnt the real murder weapon. it was a spear. when the spear killed him, the tip broke off, and they forged that tip into making them think it was from the knife. the knife was already broken.
@RubberDuckyDan321 Badger- Ema Skye saw the silhouette of the badger at the scene of a past murder connected to this case. Switchblade- It was used in the current case, while the vase was broken during a past murder
U can see that it is raining but since edgey's car had to move from one building to the other it would've been outside, but when u look at the crime scene, edgey's car is clean. strange...

One of the people with a knife was Lana Skye, but was the other one supposed to be Mike Meekins or Jake Marshall?

*Spoilers*
Basically this intro seems to mix and match multiple things:
Two simultaneous murders (like what is assumed for the first quarter or so of the case),
Rain/Lightning storm - referencing to SL-9 (which could mean the two sillouettes are actually Neil Marshall and possibly Lana Skye),
The switchblade and broken pot are key items with regards to SL-9 (the blade is important to this case too),
The blue badger is quite possibly supposed to represent the pot on Gant's shelf, in tact.

It's all symbolism

-The switchblade shattering the jar and Badger is what Lana is recalling of what she thought happened two years ago before she stabs Goodman, probably recollecting why she is doing it in the first place...to get Ema off the hook.

@VDZx There are two shadows in the intro. You can't really see who it is. And the blue badger is there. He's just not a part of the story.
