Show a picture of that occurring. Explain how that creates those clouds. Show some evidence that that is the case. Otherwise all we have is your vastly outnumbered word. Do you see my point?

I'm not sure but I think you're right about the clouds, haarp wouldn't do that imho although haarp is real n first theorized n proven by Nikola Tesla. Hard to explain to someone not educated in electrical but it works by means of high powered radio waves from multiple antennae working in unison causing temperature rise in the atmosphere where it's directed. imho. Quakes via resonance tech is another invention of Tesla's although he wouldn't approve of the way they're supposedly used at present

Okay, the tornado outbreak of 1974 produced 148 tornadoes, killing 315 people and that was before HAARP, the tristate tornado went across three states killing 695 people in one day. Man, HAARP must have been around for over 80 years...Oh wait, it was founded in the early 1990's. I guess HAARP is responsible for everything.

@dbooyy1 and guess what last year tornadoes were down 50% of normal and now june is well below normal- natures always throwing curveballs i have researched the weather for ten years and know all about us severe weather history- by the way ive talked to radar experts who laugh about haarp rings which are nothing more than radar signatures from local weather station airports and militiary bases- the burden of proof is on you not the video presenter- keep trying !
