طريقة عملة للسوفليه غلط وشكله بالنهاية مو مضبوط لان بياض البيض يخلط لحال عشان تتكون الرغوة وبعدين يضاف لباقي المكونات ايضا النوتيلا يوضع بالنهايه لما نخرج السوفليه من الفرن نسيح النوتيلا او اي خلطه ونضعه عن طريق الابرة حفاضا ع الشكل..وشكرا
