you know the thing i like best about this anime? its much unlike alot of other animes which show samurai and samurai type swordsman being able to do impossible things,such as kenshin...this type of acrobatics and swordsman ship is hard, but not impossible,they dont swing the sword 100 times in a second, or jump 50 feet in the air.its just about the closest to real as it gets for an anime...i like the style contrast too mugen=wild and unpredicatble where as jin=technical and straight to the point

IMHO:

Bleach has unrealistic fights with most moves being completely ridiculous and it has confusing powerlevels(Ichigo can defeat 2 captains, but loses to a new badguy when he gets even stronger. Are the captains that weak?) plus they invent cool things to say and just forget them later on(Why doesnt Ichigo commune with his Zanpakutou?)

Samurai Champloo has realistic fights, character progressing, funny jokes, a more realistic artwork and better characters. Too bad its short.
