  • hi there good video but the land rover setup is slightly different you probably know this buy now ,, best of luck

  • Achieve a more automated adjustment of the bubbler to reactor valve and of the fresh air input valve by replacing them with adjustable vacuum relief valves set for 10 inches Hg or more of vacuum inside the reactor. At least as aminium use a vacuum relief valve for the fresh air valve and it should help.

If you do not know already, many other builders trade ideas at: tech. groups. yahoo. com/group/VortexHeatExchanger/

    remove the extra spaces

  • Many thanks for the comments, I think copper tubing to and from the bubbler will be the next step. I'll also try filling the bubbler with steel wool to see if it runs more smoothly.

  • Actually, copper tubing from the reactor output to the engine intake is important also and won't melt at the reactor end like vinyl tends to do after the reactor gets hot.

  • Richard, Nice setup.

    Suggestions:

Keep the liquid level at 1/3 or less full and fill with steel or stainless steel wool pads, like for cleaning with. Fluff out the pads so they are not dense.

Replace the plastic hose to the engine with a smooth curved copper tubing.

Paul Pantone has said that bellowed or corrugated metal tubing or plumbing with many sharp bends gives less performance. But metal tubing rather than plastic should give better performance.
