there are 3 tps of energy katana.1. there are one at yulgar's lvl 30 cost 6000(soul katana) 2. at rop in the sky lv l70 cost 90000(power katana) and last one is in the same shop as power katana lvl 110 cost 350000(spirit katana) and about special i don't think it got one....

Go to the Rip In The Sky and go to the 2nd door on the right talk to adder and buy it from him but you need to be level 110
