I just found out today that there's going to be a DVD released in July called "The Best of Sesame Spoofs". No joke. It's going to be a collection of parodies from Sesame Street, both classic and more recent. And it seems this will be on it. Interesting, huh?
I remember thinking as a kid he meant rubber duckies don't count as in up to five or whatever. Which is natural since this is about numbers. I didn't realize at the time that the word count had more than one meaning.
i haven't seen this clip before - to my knowledge...
that sketch reminded me of when the three little pigs were at the police station when they were talking to an Irish-sounding policewoman about who is the suspect that blew down their houses....couldn't remember what the sketch name is...
What did the cast of "Hill Street Blues" think of Sesame Street's parody of their classic TV series?

The desk sergeant kind of reminds me of a grouchy security manager I once worked with. I hated the guy.

That sargeant seems like a grouchy guy.

To be honest, I don't think this is one of their best parodies, but it's not all horrible. Grover and the Sarg definitely shine.

How were you able to download this off the Sesame Street website, if you don't mind me asking?
wattamack4 2 years ago
It's not downloading, it's screen capturing.
