When will people realize that broccoli is poisonous? It tries to warn us with it's foul stench and disgusting flavor. And it looks like little trees. Who the hell would want to eat a tree?
@orasis Is really easy, as simple as cooking chicken or meat, you just have to wait, watch and turn in the right moment. If you don't get it within the first try, just try again.
I was not really being convinced about this dish, I mean- sure it looked good and all- but when Ramsay said "Delicious" with that firm voice and bad ass look, I was like- "Ok, Ramsay says delicious, I gotta try it asap, no doubt!"
@Kindred1a1 Finally a video where the chef doesn't spend long minutes explaining how to stir shit or what direction your palm should face when dropping fish into oil etc...If you know your basics, these vids are awesome.
hes reducing both of the liquids individually before adding the next liquid. reducing concentrates the flavor of that particular liquid, as well as helps in the viscosity of the sauce. he reduces the wine down then adds the stock and reduces it down again, making the flavor nice and rich, then adds the cream at the end. cream goes in at the end because you cannot boil once you add the cream or else the sauce will separate.
i think, in my opinion and experience, he was trying to wait for the alcohol to boil off first and then add the stock. bcoz most of the time when u add alcohol it is abt the food getting the aroma and hint of the smell of it and u dont want to taste alcohol in ur food, if u add stock in too quickly it probably wont maximize that alcohol aroma effect.
Not a big fan of fish food but it looks good

Fish is the hardest thing to cook well... Over cooking it is easy, Over/under seasoning it is easy, destroying it or having it stick etc etc ....
I always respect a well cooked piece of fish.

Wood sorrel is even more delicious.

For some reason, I only ever thought of sorrel as a christmas drink. Never thought of it as a sauce
