  • is this song actually released on any record. digital and/or physical ?

  • Happy to call Casey a friend- I remember first hearing this 'round 20 years back :)

  • Although...I don't think we need to get rid of all technology ;)

  • awesome :D

  • Sounds basically good, except for the giving up of technology. So how do we do it?

  • 2:18 timber

  • Coyotes are running the state...Thanks Madisonians for taking action! "thinking about these things makes me happy"

  • all these protests only happen in Europe. white people in america will forever go to wal-mart and buy this country under the bus.

  • @shakaama Looking at your comment , 9 months ago I would have agreed with you. But look at Occupy Wall Street now... we might have some balls after all.

  • Casey Neil has one of the best voices, I heard him sing in the forest without a mic, and his powerful voice carried throughout the forest for miles. AWESOME PERFORMER!

  • Ahhh.... Dancing on the Ruins of Multinational Corporations.... singing about these things makes me happy - Casey Neil

  • ~ * ~ Kali Magic ~ * ~

  • BTW I've stayed in Casey's condo. It's nice.

  • My condo is on fire! Fuk thank god its insured by a multinational corporation! Wait the multinational corporations are in ruins? And Casey is dancing on them? Sheeit Casey I think you owe me one condo!

  • Verizon, Whole Foods, Nestle, CountryWide, Bank of America, Kimberly Clark, Boycott, Boycott, Boycott!!!! Get involved, get activated. Help!!!!

  • @sherrysheba I'm too poor to boycot anybody, unless boycotting is just not buying from them. In that case I have been boycotting for decades.

  • We had better dance on their ruins soon - They are dancing over me at the moment - but I am not ruined yet, and the multi-nationals are for deffinate not fucking getting my children! I will bight there logos off first! Cheered enough by that song to go to bed.

About medieval comments: theocracy not good either. New Scientist said not all society is atracted to war - said San, Australian Aborigionals and Eskimo's all groups who have never had a recorded war (along with 70 others). another way!

  • teehee this is the stuff my dad raised me off of so anyone say bad stuff about theses guys be prepard to deal with me a very strong hippy that loves to fight 4 my bieives and will kick the shit out of u and im 12 years old so HA

  • AWESOME!

  • Leftist idiots....

  • Casey ... remember being in the woods at a protest and first heard Casey's great song.

It's even more relevant now than it was 10 years ago!

  • Mental illness FTW

  • Yeah well.....we'd hit you with a log. Bet that.

  • at what cost? the suffering and oppression of a group of people that collectively vastly out numbers those who live in luxury?

    Fuck You

WE ARE COMING FOR YOUR CHILDREN!!!

  • woohoo!!

  • Hello mudhuts, rampant disease, starvation, and old age in your thirties.. in essence medieval life. Its funny how people use youtube to denounce technology in every form.

  • No... just toxic, unsustainable, inhuman(e) technologies. :)

  • If you want a sample of inhumanity, examine what life was like pre-industrialization.

  • Whoose life? Be careful not to mix up 'standard of living' with 'quality of life'. There's plenty of 'primitive' societies where people actually smile, don't abuse their children, enslave, torture or murder each other, abuse drugs or commit suicide.

  • The same type that kill albinos to ensure a good harvest or cure headaches with a sharpened stick?

  • Now are just being silly ;) Industrialisation, like most things, has its good and bad points - that is all. Its difficult to design-out the bad points when they are so profitable and the multi-nationals so powerful.

  • I'm just playing Devil's advocate ;) But I'm very wary of anyone who portrays pre-industrialization as some type of Garden of Eden, which is most certaintly was not.

  • Ha ha - likewise! Damned fluffy hippies - bless 'em.

  • That's a specious. All societies have people that smile, don't abuse their children. Simultaneously, all societies have murder, crime, and depression. That's the human condition since the beginning of time.

  • Possibly. But undoubtedly some societies are worse than others.

  • yeah, like the sorts of folks who fund WHINSEC/School of the Americas... so their national corporations can hire them to torture, rape family members & 'disappear' foreign union organizers...

THEN SIGN 'FREE TRADE' AGREEMENTS with the governments of those nations...

you know, like Columbia & the USA do with Chichita Banana & Coca-Cola...

  • its also the life for many people of the third world TODAY because of a few greedy corporations so :P

  • this chokes me up like a little crybaby

  • Damn, each time I listen to this I just get that urge to go out and deface some bill board.

    Inspiring banjo fuelled anarchy.

  • WE ARE COMING FOR YOUR CHILDREN....
