This is another example of government attempting to control how we live and raise our children while at the same time reduce our ability to defend ourselves when such times arise. Only an idiot would think a criminal would care if the gun and/or the ammo being used to commit the crime is illegal to have or not. As always, another law made up by people who don't have a clue about the subject they're addressing...
