these sub handle allot 1000 rms 2000 max and sound great with the right door speakers. i have one hooked up ported box 2000watt audio pipe amp 1000 rms i push it all the time and it surprises me with how loud just one sub can be. it kills the low bass and am in the process of cracking my back window but the highs and mids are iffy to say the least but highly recommend the sub i have never had any problems with any good class audio pipe series

I seen some of the white ones and considering buying a pair for an SPL box i have put down for too long. I'm not into any competition, I currently run 1 12" 1000W volfenhag sub powered by 1200w amp that bumps pretty good. I'm just looking for a tad deeper bass that i know the 15s and 18s deliverz. question is..do these subs really deliver? not nessicerily loud, just more lowzz.. thanks mate. sweet looking subz tho.

what song is that? and btw love the ipipe series. i got the piano white box with 2 10's. for the bamposz06 guy. audiopipe has a very high db sencitivity, tight bass, and a sleek look. your kickers only have a 88 db sencitivity. his has 98.6 db sencitivity. my box has 100db sencitivity not to mention for what you pay for a top of the line kicker audiopipe is cheaper. btw what song is that pimp?

Audiopipe is pretty much similar to Pioneer,kenwood...etc. More bling than ching,Nothing special but their not horrible. for the money they are fine, but no one should be acting like their Fi's, DD's or even Kicker's, JLaudio's here as thats obvious to a lack of experience.

Subs is fine for what it is but for a bit more money one could get either louder or better SQ for sure, in a proper box of course and not slapped into any old prefab.

My brother has two 12 inch audiopipes the ones with a chrome magnet and a twisty pipe design in the middle with the 1500 watt audiopipe amp and is hittin over 140db so there the best bang for the buck in my book.

Definately not cheap for sound... I put two of these with an 1800 rms amp in my navigator with a 8cu ft box and with the bass knob at 1/4 and the subs not broken in, i've knocked water bottles out of cup holders and my ceiling console is about to fall off. It physically hurts some days after listening the day before, i'll try to get some videos up once they break in. If your doubting audiopipe, listen to some TXX-AP15's or TXX-AP12's in person and you wont anymore.

You want an amp that has the same or higher RMS rating as the kenwoood sub you want. Go by RMS, not peak!!! If you want two, go with an 800 RMS Monoblock. If one, go 400 RMS. the Kenwood amps would be fine, but Kicker is also a great company. I would get 2 of the subs, but just me haha A sealed box will have tighter bass, while ported is louder and not as accurate. Dont get a capacitor! they arent worth it! just go with 4gauge or lower power wire and upgrade to a stronger battery!

It would of been nice if he would of powered them with more than 75 watts!! The sorry Audiopipes have good bang for the buck and their top of the line subs are impressive. Just look at a different video that shows a quality amp pushing a Audiopipe sub and you will agree. The SPL and SQ lines are the ones to showcase. I'll post a video in a few days and then tell me that Audiopipe is garbage. Ill make you a believer!!!!

I agree with you on Audioque, but not Hifonics, Hifonics went down hill with sub making, they still make some great amps though.

But with audiopipes, you can get a TXX APX15 for 130$ shipped! The APX's are very great bang for the buck, nice high sensitivity with high excursion, great drivers for 130.

Do you have at least $7,500 to spare? I have a great idea for house subs. For instance, you could buy 1 22"-24" Jackhammer sub (too much bass for a car) and it will sound great in your house, just don't overkill the amp. If you buy a Jackhammer sub, you need 8500 Watts of power to the sub I have one, but can't post any videos on youtube. Enjoy it if you have $7,500 (or cheaper if your lucky).
